Hôtel bien placé pas très loin du centre ville (10 minutes à pied) Chambres bien insonorisées très bon confort Accueil du soir très sympathique Buffet du petit déjeuner un peu limite pour un 5* Personnel pas très agréable pour le départ |

L'hôtel est très beau, quoiqu'un peu "vieux". Les chambres sont très spacieuses. Le personnel n'est pas toujours souriant, et manque parfois de "motivation" à résoudre les problèmes... |

une chambre tout simplement magnifique sur 2 niveaux et d'un calme apaisant, un restaurant très bon avec un personnel attentionné (parlant français). un petit déjeuner haut de gamme. l'hôtel donne facilement accès au coeur historique de florence pourvu qu'on marche un peu (8-10 minutes maximum). les gens du check-out le dernier jour : à peine poli c'est dommage.. |

Cet hôtel est un peu à l'écart du centre-ville (10 mns à pied, 5 euros en taxi) et de ce fait, il est beaucoup plus au calme que les hôtels du centre (qui est bruyant) Petit déjeuner très succint pour un 5 étoiles. Chambre minuscule, alors que ns avions réservés une chbre de luxe! Pas de baignoire! Service est nul: exemple: nous sommes arrivés à 23h,la cuisine était déjà fermée (alors qu'ils affichent 24h). Nous avons juste pû commander 2 salades vertes(fripées)+ 2 verres 45 euros! |

Service in all areas was very good. Standard rooms can be very small. I would be very disappointed had I paid full rate. |

nice room and a very nice feel to the hotel with some lovely pieces of furniture. the staff were helpful and the garden was very pretty. it's quiet and peaceful. the room or rather the bathroom was clean but not spotless and the towel rail was very dusty. pity as the rest of it was very nice. |

The rooms were very clean and a nice comfortable size. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I rented the Internet through their tv and it kept crashing, when I approached the front desk about this they said they'd try something to fix it, I didn't have the Internet for another 12 hours ( I rented it for 24hrs) to which I had to check in with them if they were still doing something. They don't treat customerswith respect or care. The server at the restaurant was extremely rude, we found him and ordered 2 cafes then he just walked away from us, which was a little strange but oh well, when he returned we asked to sit outside which he started complaining about that we were making him walk everywhere. Nothing about this stay was seamless, rooms were nice but the service was not 5 star not close! |

The hotel staff put us in three different rooms trying to find one that was cool enough to satisfy us. We were finally successful and the stay was very comfortable. Franco at the front desk, seemed annoyed with us, possibly for the change in rooms at the onset of our stay, and shorted me money when I requested change during my check-out. |
