Нам ужасно не понравилась кухня. Ресторан довольно дорогой, но поев на 160 евро, мы остались голодными, так как блюда, которые нам принесли, были отвратительны. Поужинав 1 раз, мы решили, что больше ужинать в отеле не будем. |

Удобное расположение (особенно для тех, кто приехал во Флоренцию на машине), нет проблем с парковкой. Персонал профессинальный и приветливый. Обновить сантехнику в номерах. |

Beautiful hotel, well located just outside the bustle of the centre of Florence but near enough to walk everywhere; our room was lovely, the service was excellent, and the breakfast really superb, we will be back again! Our first room was small & cramped (a 2-story with the bed up above) but they changed us to a better room with no hastle. |

Spacious room with very comfortable bed and pillow selection, with great bathroom/shower facilities. Buffet breakfast was superb. Quiet location on western edge of town, less than 10mins walk from the main train station and a pleasant 20min stroll along the river to the Ponte Vechio. Lack of pool/spa facilities and a quiet, small & pricey bar. Although pleasant 5-star decor not a modern contemporary style. |

Room was comfortable and bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well appointed. The airport had lost my luggage, and the hotel was very accomodating. |

This hotel was really nice and quiet. The walk to downtown attractions wasn't too bad and the railway station was close by. We received a room upgrade when we arrived, which was a very nice surprise. Breakfast included free sparkling wine, which was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel, especially for honeymooners! Drinks at the hotel bar were pretty pricey. |

I loved Franco behind the desk. The staff was great but Franco was great. This is a beautiful hotel within easy walking distance of the city center. We really enjoyed our stay. It was expensive ... but worth it. |

The room we had was a junior suite which had a jacuzzi bath which was great after plodding the streets for 10 hours a day. The rooms all ascend to the bedroom so its like a small house which is nice. The hotel was about 15 minutes from the main sights however a cab is about 8 euros and its a welcome break to get out of the hustle and bustle for a few hours to unwind. The hotel is romantic too. |
