The quality of the hotel the pleasantness of the staff and the location.

The menu did not change over 5 days

nice room and a very nice feel to the hotel with some lovely pieces of furniture. the staff were helpful and the garden was very pretty. it's quiet and peaceful.

the room or rather the bathroom was clean but not spotless and the towel rail was very dusty. pity as the rest of it was very nice.

everything was just perfect.

Beautiful boutique hotel with excellent service

The so called Junior Suite was nothing else but a very small living room with one small window and on top a bed room without cupboards.

The rooms were very clean and a nice comfortable size.

The staff were rude and unhelpful. I rented the Internet through their tv and it kept crashing, when I approached the front desk about this they said they'd try something to fix it, I didn't have the Internet for another 12 hours ( I rented it for 24hrs) to which I had to check in with them if they were still doing something. They don't treat customerswith respect or care. The server at the restaurant was extremely rude, we found him and ordered 2 cafes then he just walked away from us, which was a little strange but oh well, when he returned we asked to sit outside which he started complaining about that we were making him walk everywhere. Nothing about this stay was seamless, rooms were nice but the service was not 5 star not close!

The hotel staff put us in three different rooms trying to find one that was cool enough to satisfy us. We were finally successful and the stay was very comfortable.

Franco at the front desk, seemed annoyed with us, possibly for the change in rooms at the onset of our stay, and shorted me money when I requested change during my check-out.

We liked staying in montabello splendid very much.

Spacious room with very comfortable bed and pillow selection, with great bathroom/shower facilities. Buffet breakfast was superb. Quiet location on western edge of town, less than 10mins walk from the main train station and a pleasant 20min stroll along the river to the Ponte Vechio.

Lack of pool/spa facilities and a quiet, small & pricey bar. Although pleasant 5-star decor not a modern contemporary style.

The hotel is very nice and staff is friendly, the breakfast was good.

Room was comfortable and bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and well appointed. The airport had lost my luggage, and the hotel was very accomodating.
