The hotel is in a great location close to Terminii station and the Metro. Convenient for getting to all the tourist attractions. Reception staff are very helpful and polite.

Breakfast options are limited.

This hotel is great, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the beds are comfortable and generally we enjoyed our stay. Only 10 mins walk to Termini station, its great if you want to make small day trips from Rome.

Wouldnt recommend if you were spending many days actually in Rome, it is a pretty long walk from the hotel to many attractions and shops. Still very nice though. The shower will flood into the bathroom if you dont keep the pressure low and directed towards the corner.

The other guy at receiption named Franco Spaccialbelli is very friendly and helpful though.

When we arrived the first night, a young guy at receiption informed us that they don't have the room we booked-despite the fact that we have already paid! We were arranged in a tiny room with 2 kid's beds. When we expressed our unsatisfaction, he said it was not his business and we should talk to the manager--It was at around midnight!!! This is so unprofesional! The next two days they arranged us to a big room with one big bed and a kid's bed, guess it is a room for a famliy with a kid. But we are two adults!!! He made it sound like our room was upgraded(for free as he said!!!) to make up the first night! But this is not what we wanted! We are two adults(friends) and we need two normal beds! I will never get back to this hotel again!

As usual staff were great and all was good.

The service at reception was great. We were treated very warmly.

On the first night of our arrival we had to stay at a really bad hotel because we were told that the rooms were full. This was unacceptable since we had booked long in advance.

Close to the central rail station, just a quick walk. Excelent friendly staff, very good accommodation with large spa bath, internet access. Staff organised tour for the next morning, I did not need my booking confitmation material as when I arrived he was waiting and stated :booking.com Mr...".

Breakfast was just continental and limited.

Most of the staff were very helpful with excellent English. Good location if you don't mind a bit of a walk into the centre of town. Very convenient for the station and lots of restaurants nearby. Bags were allowed to be left at hotel for collection late on final day. I'd certainly recommend this hotel to friends.

It would be good to have some unsweetened croissants at breakfast.

It si a little hotel clean and friendly at the Roma Termini area. 5 minutes walk to the train station where you can take the red buss city tour. If

I like the staff at the desk and in the breakfast room. I liked the location, easy walking distance to most things. I liked the area plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.

Breakfast room very small. no windows. Felt a little crushed at times.

Location is close the republics. Staff is very friendly.

i liked to much the staff and their polite and profesional way to receive the people.The room was perfect and the bathrooms with sauna shower was wonderfull.

Location is quite close to Termini station and metro is very close. Franco was very nice and welcoming person at the reception among all the staff.

The room is very dusty, the walls are covered with cloth (material) instead of wall-paper or paint, so it's hard for people with allergy. Even health people sneeze often. Breakfast is average in not very cosy room, it starts quite late, so if you have early flight you'll have only a cup of coffee and 1 pastry. Be aware that 2 bottles of mineral water in the mini bar in your room are free of charge only on the first night of your stay, then they charge you 1,5 euro per bottle and nobody informs you about that, only upon departure.

Very good location as not too far from Termini railway station (10mns walk). Clean rooms, neat although not too spacious. Rather quiet neighborhood. Very friendly & helpful staff, provided us with info, maps,etc. Wi-fi connection in the room OK although a bit slow sometimes.

the only negative thing I could see is that our beds (2 separate ones put together) were not really stable and moving apart quite often.

Quiet and nice hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms.

very poor internet connection, you have to take your slippers with you because there is no carpet on the floor, just tile ,and is pretty cool.

Staff are very friendly! The location is pretty local so they are very good restaurants. Even so the hotel not at the center of Rome, he's a short walk away...

Breakfast poor. You can give it up and get something much better in the next store or coffee shops.
