The hotel was nice & the room was clean. It's a short walk to Termini, but a bit far away from the main sights in Rome. Would only recommend from an overnight stay. €10 for breakfast was a bit of a rip-off (even though the selection was ok). Of the 3 people we dealt with at reception, 2 were pretty gruff & the other was helpful. |

Despite the extremely patterned decoration of the room we found it quite nice. We had booked a standard double room but got, fortunately, a superior room, something the personel said was a "gift" for us but we strongly suspect it was because of overbooking! For a superior room it wasn't that impressive, but the interior looked not that old and the bathroom was very nice. |

The staff at the reception desk is very nice. Great location, very close to both train and metro stations. Also I like the beautiful classic elevator. The staircases at the entrance. Also if there is free Wi-Fi, that will be perfect. |

Very good breakfast. Extremely clean rooms. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Breakfast should be from 7-10 and not from 7.30-10.00 (should cater for the early risers like us!!) |

5-7 minutes walk (without lugguage) to Termini station and 2-3 minutes to Metro line B. Quiet & clean room. Gorgeous lift of 100 years old. A supermarket, Chinese restaurant and internet shops round the corner. Franco at the reception desk is very friendly and helpful, it's his service which makes the hotel a 3-star. Beds too small (only 2.5 feet wide). Prefer a bathtub to a jacuzzi shower. Towels are a bit old. Breakfast is cold and unappentizing. |

proximity to Termini station which was the primary reason for choice of the hotel Very basic hotel with dated decor. "Superior room with jacuzzi" is a joke, opt for a standard room = they are of the same quality. Was advised by staff to purchase cable for broadband internet just to raalise (upon return tothe room with a cable) that broadband doesn't work. Airconditioner didn't work. Even for the price below EUR 100 it doesn't seem a value for money choice. |

The staff is very friendly and our room was really nice. The breakfast was very good considering italian standards. It was slightly further from the city center sights than expected from the description. |

accessibility from roma termini, english speaking and helpful front desk personnel, adequate breakfast. I will stay there again if I get a chance to go to Rome again. Only that the open tour they offered , the Ciao Roma was not very good. The drivers were not very professional and was very late for the appointed times of pick-up. At one point, the driver stopped for a long time just to get a smoke and finished a stick of cigarette before moving on.They should change the tour they are offering. |

The location was pretty accessible to the sites. One front dest staff member in particular was exceptional in attitude and helpfulness. The breakfast staff was also very accommodating and pleasant. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever experienced! It was extremely hard like sleeping on cement. |
