Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja yleisvaikutelma todella siisti. Myös huoneemme varusteluun kuulunut poreamme todellakin toimi, mikä oli positiivinen yllätys!

Ensimmäisenä aamuna sattunut, onneksi aiheeton palohälyytys, ajoi turhan aikaisin ylös vuoteesta...

Ystävällinen henkilökunta, mukava rakennus ja kunnostettu tyylikkäästi

Vaikka muuten kaunis huone, niin ikkunoissa oli säleikkö, jota ei saanut auki ja huone oli siis suhteellisen pimeä. Ilmastointi ei toiminut.

Mukava, siisti hotelli, jossa mm. poreamme. Pitkä kävelymatka Corson ostoskaduille.

Erinomainen sijainti keskeisellä paikalla metroaseman lähellä. Ei isompaa meluhaittaa, koska huoneemme ikkuna sijaitsi sivukadun puolella. Varauksin suosittelemme ko. hotellia.

Tulopäivänä, puolenyön aikaan, jouduimme vaihtamaan huonetta, kun tavarat oli jo melkein purettu. Meille oli annettu "väärän" huoneen avain. Yhtenä päivänä n. klo 14 meidät hätisteltiin huoneesta pois siivoojan tieltä. Muina päivinä siivooja sitten kävikin jo aamupäivällä, kun olimme asioilla kaupungilla. Suomen postimaksusta annettiin väärää informaatiota (0,75 eur), vastaavaa postimerkkiä ei ole olemassa postin mukaan (oikea hinta on 0,65 eur). Myös taksimaksun lentokentälle sanottiin olevan n. 25 eur, todellisuudessa 50 eur. Olisi ollut parempi sanoa "en tiedä" kuin vetää lukuja hatusta. Aamiaisen hinta (10 eur/hlö/kerta) on ylimitoitettu varusteluun nähden. Reilumpaa olisi sisällyttää aamiaisen hinta huoneen hintaan.

Good location, nice staff

The room was too small, the breakfast was the same each morning and there was not a great variety of choices.

The staff was very helpful and the location was perfect(5 min. to termini and 2 min to bus stop). The breakfast was enough for me. Room was not big but it was comfortable enough and had a jacuzzi. Perfect choice for this price near Termini.

There was not enough sunlight inthe room but it was ok for us.

The staff was very helpfull. The hotel was very clean and I was allowed to enter my room even if I had arrived before the check in. It is located near may embassies and near the metro. To get a taxi is very easy. The room is small but comfortable. Breakfast was good although the coffee is not included, you have to pay extra for it. I would recommend this hotel it is value for money

Fruits were not present in breakfast and you have to pay for coffee even in breakfast. The hotel does not have a restaurant.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Not far to bus 62 which goes to the Vatican and the old city or the Metro. There's a very good wine bar around the corner too. :)

The walls were a little thin in my room. The elevator did not stop on my floor (no. 4) some of the times for some reason.

Stuff at the reception was very helpful

Breakfast is not very good and neither is the service at the breakfast. Room was rather cold and blancets are very old and run down

We liked the location as well as cleanliness of the room.

The only issue that we had was that internet did not work for a couple of days.

Everybody was very helpful in making our stay comfortable, being from the USA, they made us feel at home.

reception room is too small

Very good location, near to the Metro, main train station, supermarket,but the street is quite calm. We had whrilpool as well as LAN connection in the room for free. The room is air-conditioned. Personnel very helpful

The breakfast was a bit too simple. The bed was a bit too hard.
