Just 320 yards from Roma Termini Train Station, Hotel Impero features a furnished terrace overlooking Rome’s rooftops and the nearby Opera Theatre. A varied buffet breakfast is served daily.

Hotel Serena is set within walking distance of Termini Train Station, which is just around the corner. The area offers many typical restaurants.

EXE Domus Aurea is next to ancient Roman ruins and the Church of Santa Maria degli Angeli. A generous American buffet is served daily on the roof terrace overlooking the Terme di Diocleziano.
Score from 720 reviews Very good
It's an OK hotel, nice and compact. Room is adequate. Good value for money.
Quite far from central station.
It is very close to central station, but the wifi is always broken .
Very friendly staff at the reception, good breakfast.
Someone (maybe cleaning staff) has left the window open and as it was cold outside it was also very cold in my room, plus it took ages to warm up. My room had no view (window to the backyard).
The location of the hotel is excellent - we were arriving by train and walked to the hotel from the termini. The staff were really excellent, the best I have come across. They were helpful and informative and really met the needs we had before we even knew we had them!
Would be great to have tea and coffee available in the rooms, but otherwise nothing bad.
very friendly and smart guy on the reception - Mr. Michael Barrecca, always there for any need.
Breakfast room too small, no scrambled eggs for breakfast...
friendly staff; room was big and comfortable; hydromassage in the bathtub; walking distance to central station
room located besides trash containers in the street; not-to-easy access to wifi internet; bathtub was leaking; adult movies theatre close-by;
We liked the location and the room was good as well.
The wifi should be free unlimited for all devices. Not limited for only one device.
Location was good Hotel staff helpful
Shower was small
The hotel is wonderful, I stayed many times in Roma in 4* hotels and can say that this 3* hotel is not worse! Everything was perfect - room is big and comfortable, everything is as at the pictures in booking. Reception is very polite and customer oriented. Metro Termini is 10 min walk from the hotel. I will return there for sure and I would recomend this hotel to everybody. Very good conditions for reasonable price.
Typical capital city type hotel with limited space, but well looked after and managed. Staff helpful. Comfortable stay. Would stay again.
Staff is good.Hotel and room very clean and comfort.Breakfast is not bad. With a old but good-working list.
Wifi should improve.
15 walk from railway station. Clean, safe Many good restaurants nearby at good price Staff are very helpful
An adult movie shop close to the hotel Breakfast room very small. Have to wait for seats 3 out of 5 days we stayed there.
- Location was very central, near the main train station, 10 min away from Colosseum and Metro station 3 min. walking. - Staff was very friendly and helped us with every request. - The rooms were very big and clean.
Breakfast could use more variety
Big rooms (for Rome).
One of the receptionists (the rest of the staff were great).
Location, staff, breakfast buffet and overall value for money. Hotel located in a quiet area but only 10 minutes walk from the main train & bus terminus and both the Termini & Plaza della Republicca Metro stations. Numerous reasonably priced eateries within a few minutes walk. Whilst all of the staff encountered were friendly and helpful special mention should be made of Franco on Reception, an absolutely delightful man. The buffet breakfast was very good with a nice selection of cereals, yogurts, cold meats, cheese, bread and fresh fruit. The Breakfast Room is managed by a petit lady who keeps everything running smoothly. The rooms are of a fair size, well appointed and maintained. En suite facilities are more than adequate with plenty of hot water at peak periods. Would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel.
Shower cubicle was a bit small for comfort. The mattress was a little too firm.
We had a room on the top floor with a big terrasa overlooking Porta Pia and a green park. The bathroom is big and comfortable. The receprion staff is fery friendly and helpful. We left a lot of things in the room at check out, they were very nice and packed everything. We managed to come back a few days later and collected all the staff The location is very convenient.
The room is very small, even smaller then the terassa. The breakfast area is not very spacy
The staff were super go to the restaurant they recommend cheap but good and I am fussy. position good could walk to ruins and near terminus for Vatican. Still quiet enough to sleep. If I go rome again would stop here. andy
hotel was in a very quiet location, the breakfast was very good
Not the best window views (the window faced a backyard), but at least it was very quiet and we slept well. Nice staff and ready to answer all requests and questions. The area in which the hotel is located is pleasant and safe (UK Embassy nearby and different ministries as you walk towards the centre).
Although the room was advertised as having 17 m2, it was much smaller than that, just enough to fit a large bed and an narrow aisle to the bathroom and the door. The hotel staff were kind enough to change the room with a slightly larger one, so we were satisfied in the end. The coffee served at breakfast is actually instant coffee, I'd advise those who like a good coffee in the morning to go to a nearby bar and simply buy one there.
Located in embassy area, not much to see close by but good restaurants in area, short walk to Termini station, 20 min from many sights (mostly to the west)
Breakfast room was too small, family of four sat at table for two while others stood waiting with plate in hand. Area should be expanded to include bar when hotel is full.
location, breakfast, room was spacious and beautiful. Taxi from train station was about 6€ and metro was 5 mins walk away to main sights. Had a lift!
breakfast area was tight but we managed.
The room was really clean and calm.
No breakfast for the price iIpaid, I was a little disappointed. Why such differences in prices?? (I paid 121 euros and now when I look on internet I can find room less than 60 euros?? The room service woke up us at 9 am...
Easy to walk to both the bus and Termini, both about 10 minutes. You can really walk anywhere in Rome from here. Staff are very helpful, rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is very good. There are 2 really good places to eat just nearby recommended by staff.
Sometimes there was a bit of a bad smell in the bathroom.
Room was very small, location so so, close to train station, but there are more better hotel around train station
