Quiet & conveinent very friendly staff
Everyone is different I always make the best of a bad thing I would use this hotel again as it suited my needs.
One particular member of staff - Serghey - was very helpful, before and during our stay. The room was large and quiet - as requested. The bath was huge with jacuzzi. Good selection for breakfast.
Bed was a bit too firm for us. Would appreciate clear instructions for use of jacuzzi. (We discovered the switch in the end!) Wish they provided tea and coffee making facilities - but went prepared.
Very comfortable room with excellent shower. Fantastic buffet style breakfast with croissants, toast, meat, fruit, pastries, cereal, fruit juice and endless coffee. Very friendly staff. 5 minute walk to metro.
Claustrophobic lift - for 2 and breathe in - but a talking point rather than a problem.
good price / quality friendly staff
The beds are a little bit small for tall people (> 1.85). Ask for a larger bed and they will fix it.
The location was perfect for our last night stay in Rome. Close to the Termini for an AM flight to NYC, and the Metro that took us to our favorite part of Rome for one last look around.
The morning desk clerk gave us the wrong location at the Termini to catch the shuttle to airport. Even when I pointed out that we'd seen the bus on the opposite side of the terminal, he didn't correct his information. Clearer instructions for Turkish Bath shower feature are needed.
Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Comfortable warm room and bathroom, quiet and peaceful. Location was good too, most tourist sites and shops within easy walking distance. Rome's Central railway station was also nearby. Some nice restaurants close to the hotel as well.
No complimentary kettle, tea or coffee, even the B&B's in England have that! Breakfast was ok but not that great, very little variety, ham cheese and boiled egg. Laundry service a bit expensive.
Small, cosy room, but comparable to most hotel room sizes on continent. Comfortable nonethless and very clean. We had a room facing the back which was very quiet at night and had great sleep (I'm a very light sleeper). Convenient to Termini & Metro. Friendly staff. Happy to return on next visit to Rome.
There wasn't anything we weren't satisfied with. The hotel met with our expectations.
Small and clean hotel with quiet rooms. Nice older building. Free Wifi. Friendly staff and no waiting for check in/out.
The free WiFi was a bit shaky. Almost no bar and lounge area (very small and unmanned). The breakfast was acceptable, but not much more.
The stuff is really nice and helpful!
You are only allow to access WiFi with one device in one day.
The hotel is clean and is located 10 minutes walk from Roma Termini. The area seems quite and safe, there are restaurants nearby. The staff was nice and helpful.
Breakfast choice was rather scarce. WiFi was pretty good but you have to sign in with your login/password now and then.
The hotel is situated in a very good location. It is quite near the Coloseum and the Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica. The staff is helpful and friendly.
At the breakfast thei do not serve vegetables at all, and it is the same every day. The room was quite small.
Front counter staff was wonderful and show great passion in serving customers. Proud to have staff like them.
Breakfast area and seating capacity is grossly insufficient. Have to wait in line for seat availability. Service area is cramped and movement impeded. Breakfast selection was also very limited.
quiet in the night and the facilities are good. nice breakfast.
No kettle in the room
It's an OK hotel, nice and compact. Room is adequate. Good value for money.
Quite far from central station.
It is very close to central station, but the wifi is always broken .
Very friendly staff at the reception, good breakfast.
Someone (maybe cleaning staff) has left the window open and as it was cold outside it was also very cold in my room, plus it took ages to warm up. My room had no view (window to the backyard).
The location of the hotel is excellent - we were arriving by train and walked to the hotel from the termini. The staff were really excellent, the best I have come across. They were helpful and informative and really met the needs we had before we even knew we had them!
Would be great to have tea and coffee available in the rooms, but otherwise nothing bad.
very friendly and smart guy on the reception - Mr. Michael Barrecca, always there for any need.
Breakfast room too small, no scrambled eggs for breakfast...
friendly staff; room was big and comfortable; hydromassage in the bathtub; walking distance to central station
room located besides trash containers in the street; not-to-easy access to wifi internet; bathtub was leaking; adult movies theatre close-by;
We liked the location and the room was good as well.
The wifi should be free unlimited for all devices. Not limited for only one device.
Location was good Hotel staff helpful
Shower was small
The hotel is wonderful, I stayed many times in Roma in 4* hotels and can say that this 3* hotel is not worse! Everything was perfect - room is big and comfortable, everything is as at the pictures in booking. Reception is very polite and customer oriented. Metro Termini is 10 min walk from the hotel. I will return there for sure and I would recomend this hotel to everybody. Very good conditions for reasonable price.
Typical capital city type hotel with limited space, but well looked after and managed. Staff helpful. Comfortable stay. Would stay again.
