bardzo dobra obsługa, śniadania na przyzwoitym poziomie, hotel blisko Termini, dobra komunikacja, przytulne pokoje, jak na Rzym - cicho. |

Bardzo miła obsługa, komfortowy pokój superior, śniadanie mało urozmaicone ale bardzo smaczne, dobra lokalizacja, bezpłatny internet. Mieszkaliśmy na 4 piętrze (a są też pokoje wyżej...) i nie dochodził tam sygnał do internetu. Trzeba było schodzić na dół. |

Bardzo miła obsługa zarówno w recepcji jak i przy śniadaniu gdzie obsługiwani byliśmy przez sympatyczną kelnerkę.Hotel znajduje sie niedaleko stacji Termini (około 10 minut drogi piechotą).W pokoju naszym były 2 polskie stacje (Polonia i TVP kultura).Łazienka dobrze wyposażona.Klimatyzacja w pokoju.Dużym plusem jest lodówka w pokoju. |

The staff was very helpful and the location was perfect(5 min. to termini and 2 min to bus stop). The breakfast was enough for me. Room was not big but it was comfortable enough and had a jacuzzi. Perfect choice for this price near Termini. There was not enough sunlight inthe room but it was ok for us. |

Comfortable, clean and quite hotel with a good location. It is walking distance to the center (approx. 30 minutes) and to the public transport. It is also located on the same street as some embassies, which makes it quite secure. There are some restaurants near by. The stuff in the breakfast room is multilingual and very nice. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but in good quality. We had croissants and fresh cappuccino every day. The bed was very stiff and the pillows were too thin. |

The staff was very helpfull. The hotel was very clean and I was allowed to enter my room even if I had arrived before the check in. It is located near may embassies and near the metro. To get a taxi is very easy. The room is small but comfortable. Breakfast was good although the coffee is not included, you have to pay extra for it. I would recommend this hotel it is value for money Fruits were not present in breakfast and you have to pay for coffee even in breakfast. The hotel does not have a restaurant. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Not far to bus 62 which goes to the Vatican and the old city or the Metro. There's a very good wine bar around the corner too. :) The walls were a little thin in my room. The elevator did not stop on my floor (no. 4) some of the times for some reason. |

I like hotel, it is in center so you can go by taxi to the most famous places, and the best is the staff. Franco is the best of all! I liked everything, it is true 3 stars |

Very good location, near to the Metro, main train station, supermarket,but the street is quite calm. We had whrilpool as well as LAN connection in the room for free. The room is air-conditioned. Personnel very helpful The breakfast was a bit too simple. The bed was a bit too hard. |

suited the purpose of my visit which was site seeing, rooms were comfortable and clean. I could not fault the hotel at all but when booking the hotel it stated that a credit card had to be used to hold the reservation but monies would not be taken from this account and payment would be made which ever way I wanted to pay i.e. euros when arriving/departing from the hotel this didn't happen the money was taken from my credit card account I emailed the hotel but I didn't receive a reply. |
