small quaint hotel with friendly service.breakfast was very good and nice to have some hot food offered.For what we paid it was good value for money and very clse to st mark's square only negative for us was that we were the 1st room at the top of the stairs on 1st floor so there was lots of passing traffic.This really only affected my friend as she is a light sleeper |

The hotel location is very good, near the barge station and the main attractions in the city of Venezia. The rooms are very dirty and old. The rooms/bathrooms decoration is terrible. |

The classical, elegant furnishings and interior of the hotel room and breakfast room creates a feeling of warmth and glamour. Located within short walkikng distance to Rialto bridge and almost next to San Marco square. The rooms are very well heated and comfortable. The food served during breakfast was great tasting with plenty of variety. It would be nice if mushrooms could also be served alongside the eggs and hotdogs. Hotel staff provided incorrect information regarding venue of concert booking. As a result, I missed out on attending a concert performance. WIFI internet did not work in the hotel room and the rates for internet access was very pricey. 5 EUR for 30 minutes internet access is too high when most hotels offer 24 hr internet access for only slightly more. No safety deposit box in the hotel room. |

The hotel is located in the central part of town. Staff is nice and friendly, breakfast was good quality. Beware of the restaurants on the streets because they have the biggest fees they can reach 50% of your bill. . Run away |
