Very friendly, welcoming and efficient staff, cleanliness of the rooms, breakfast facilities were very good and the service staff were excellent. My only critiism would be the drabness of the rooms. The lighting was poor and gave the feeling that the rooms were dingy. |

Most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful although night manager could have been a bit more friendly. hotel is in great location the bathroom was very badly designed with the vanity obscuring the entry to the shower, this made getting in and out of the shower very difficult |

The location was wonderful, room clean and quiet (nothing fancy but suited our purpose), nice breakfast and friendly/helpful staff (all but 2 front desk clerks who were rather snooty)! The majority of the staff was wonderful. . .friendly and very helpful. .this includes the breakfast staff, the bell boys and the cleaning staff. One of the front desk clerks was wonderful but 2 of them were rude and snooty. Asking for advice or even our room key seemed to result in an impatient sigh or annoyed reaction! |

I booked a Non-refundable room at a very good deal but the room was really too small for 3 of us including my 6-year old son. I thought we had to leave with it and the first night we slept really uncomfortably. However, the hotel staff is very kind and considerate. |

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and they all spoke good English. Also the room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Nice bathroom with a warm, powerful shower. The room was quite small but this is to be expected in a city. |

The location close to St Marks Square, the breakfast was pretty good although a little variety would be good over a five day stay, and the staff were helpful. You have to like the style of room decor which was a little OTT for us given the size of the room but we git used to it. |

We liked the convenience to St Mark's Square and to the boats. The hotel was very easy to find on the night we arrived: well signposted, etc. The staff were most helpful and obliging, the breakfast was excellent with a wide choice to cater for all tastes, the room and bathroom were very clean, tastefully decorated, quiet and well looked after. The coffee at breakfast was not very good...we had caffe latte (the hot milk was very watery). We then changed to having tea... and it was excellent! |

It was very convenient for all the tourist areas of the city of Venice; the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was very good. It was a bit noisy at night because it was on a busy passageway near St. Mark's Square. |

It was very central giving easy access to all the main sights on foot and by public transport It was very hot in the room which we were not able to control - it was fine during the day but was rather uncomfortable at night - better than being cold though! |
