Location is near to San Marco and many attractions in Venice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic. Room is clean with sufficient supply of necessities.
The wifi signal is too weak.
Excellent service, helpful staff, good breakfast !
at perfect location, just few steps close to S. Marco square! With deliceous breakfast!
Excellent apartment 5 mins from San Marco Square. Plenty of room for 2 couples with a well stocked kitchen although would have perferred to have an oven but that's being picky. Very sound proof and a safe area. Could not beat it for the price.
The location of the hotel is perfect, just off St Mark's square. It is surrounded by numerous restaurants. The staff were informative and very friendly.
Breakfast was great, plenty of fresh produce and good coffee, position of hotel spot on, comfortable beds and large bathroom, very clean. Free Internet was a bonus.
No comfortable lounge.
everything the breakfast was really good! the location was the best
the breakfast is not good , also the staff serving the breakfast. Looks she was tired and disturbed by the guests...
Comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast and WiFi connection.
The toilet bidet was not working. There wasn't tea/coffee facilities in the room (this is now very much a standard in most hotels)
We booked one of the two apartments belonging to the hotel and were very pleased, it was comfortable, roomy and well located just around the corner from the hotel and San Marco. We went to the hotel for a good breakfast and enjoyed our weekend there very much.
My husband is very tall and the apartment (2) has low doorways for him but everything else was fine. We ate in the hotel restaurant and found it a bit pricey for what we had but the food was good as was the service and cleanliness.
First class location for the Piazza San Marco. Small customer friendly hotel with very helpfull front desk staff.Room was very comfortable. Plenty of choice @ breakfast & it was available 0700-1000..
The breakfast room was a bit cramped ( ie too many tables such that chairs touched) and with the hotel full or nearly full the the breakfast staff were unable to keep up clearing and resetting the tables.
The hotel is well situated, the bedroom is comfortable but a bit hot even in the winter - we had to use the air conditioning which was ok. Wireless is perfect, first time I was in a hotel with no problems accessing the internet. Breakfast is great with the exception of the milk in the machine that tastes a bit artificial (probably because it is powder milk in the machine, or it doesn't get hot enough in the process - don't know). Staff was friendly.
I found it a bit expensive but not too expensive, perhaps just a bit for the value. Milk from the coffee machine tastes a bit artificial. Staff was very friendly but a bit in a hurry to give tips on what to do/see - this could be improved.
Flexibility to chill out with friends in the evening. Fantastic location. Less hassle than a hotel.
Could have done with some comfy lounging furniture in the sitting room / kitchen.
Breakfast ,location, spotlessly clean
We had an issue with our room, but once we flagged it, it was immediately addressed. Excellent service. Front line staff very efficient.
location, value for money, cleanliness, modern and up-to date, facilities, service
no lift ( hard with heavy luggages) steep stairs to the second set of bedrooms.; bugs/mosquitos noted, T.V. in the main floor not working properly
This hotel was only a couple of minutes walk from St Marks Square. The rooms were in typical Venetian style. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Plenty of choice at breakfast and kept stocked up
No option to have eggs cooked fresh
Location and price - great staff.
Really helpful friendly staff, great location and a really nice breakfast( once I figured the coffee machine out) we travelled as a family with a 4 year old and 2 grandparents all arriving at different times. The hotel even managed to get us rooms near one another. Perfect.
Price, but hey this is Venice! What do you expect!!!
Friendly staff, good selection of breakfast items, hotel's location perfect for maximising the time to see the sights, quiet and comfortable bedroom.
The location of the hotel was excellent as it was minutes away from St Mark's Square. The staff were friendly and were able to organise transport to the airport.Overall we were very happy with our stay
The room was fairly small but that wasn't surprising being in Venice.
The location was superb and the apartment was excellent with plenty of room. You had to go up several flights of stairs and I guess for people with large suitcases they may struggle, but it was not an issue for us.
The friendliness and helpfullness of the staff. The decor and ambience of the hotel itself. The excellent breakfast available every day. The vicinity of the hotel to Piazza San Marco. The vicinity of the hotel to many of the sights of Venice, shops, and restaurants.
Small elevator, re enter password every times
Suburb location, friendly and professional staff. Great breakfast and the best coffee in Venice!
We had to leave to catch our cruise ship. So hard to say goodbye!
