We have booked the standard double room but they gave us the room with balcony with that same price. We were very pleased and recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. We will come back to this hotel. |

Great room decoration, we loved it. Very central location. Pc and wireless access in the room is an excellent idea, congratulations! Very friendly and helpful frontdesk staff. I don't know the other rooms, but our bathroom had a very bad humidity problem and heavy humidity smell! |

The location of the hotel is amdist the city center, allowing us to arrive to our destinations by foot in a fair amount of time. The room is a bit small. |

The gentlemen of the reception were very helpfull. The location was great, walking distance from patheon, piazza navona. Big tv screen en internet in the room. The wasn't really big, but nice. The shower didn't work very well. We had an okay deal for the room. If we had paid the full price, i would have been disappointed. |

The location. Free aircondition. Nice staff. Poor english. Tiny room. The hotel offer transport one way to ciampino airport for 50 euro but if you take a taxi from the street it costs only 30 euro at a fixed rate! (The taxi-station is in the square next to the hotel). |

good location, some of the staff is nice and very willing to help while others arn't clean rooms, beds are hard as a rock, they say they have a shuttle but its a private company that shuttles for them, you still have to pay, was a shock for us when he dropped us off at the hotel and turned around to be paid. we were not prepared for that. |

Excellent location. Was asked to move rooms on the second night, the second room was much noisier than the first. Whilst the hotel was acceptable and in an excellent location. It was too expensive for the service offered and did not provide value-for-money. |

Location in the center of Rome is excellent to visit simply walking. Accommodation is rather small but well equipped with a large TV and a laptop. Hotel staff is kind and make effort to communicate in foreign languages. Rooms are quite noisy. Room on the street side are very noisy even for an elevated floor. Room on the inside are subject to other rooms noise and to that of the reception. |

Honestly there is nothing to like about this hotel, except the location. Yes. The staff cannot understand basic English, like "hot water". They dont know how to operate the safe. They can't call a cab for you. Except locatio, this hotel has nothing. |

It was nice that the hotel was in the middle of town, cloose to many things, shops, cafés, restaurants, monuments, landmarks etc. and our feelings about the area, day and night, was that it was very safe, there were portier 24 hour at the hotel, and outside a lot of police everywere. At all it was quite allright. |

Very good location; within walking distance to all major attractions. Nice room with big tv-screen and lap-top to be used without charge. No breakfast. Also, quite a lot of street noise if you have room facing the street. The hotel is on the third floor, quite difficult to access with luggage even though there is a (small) lift. |

The room was beautiful. Spacious enough. Very clean. TV plasma and internet access for free.Situated at the best spot. Every place or monument of historical interest by feet. So close to everything. Difficult to find, difficult entrance.No breakfast, no parking.But...I would stay again. Staff's number.Maybe even the possibility to have breakfast. |

The excellent location, the neat furnishing and elegant bathroom, the quietness We had the only quadruple room, at it was very, very small with almost no open floor. Hardly space for the luggage. The location was perfect. In between Spanish steps, shopping street, Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. We walked everywhere. The room was small which I expected. Not much room to move around for 3 people. Huge TV in the room almost to big. Beds were the hardest I have ever experienced. Also upon arrival was told that my credit card was denied for confirmation. So if I wanted the price I was quoted I would have to pay cash or if I wanted to try my credit card again they would charge me 10% more than quoted price. I put the room on my credit card and it was not denied... |
