typical business hotel, very good equipped room and bathroom, breakfast was good bad nothing special, room with a view of petrol station, lack of balcony. |

Very nice and clean, very kind and helpful staff, good breakfast! There is an excellent bar with late working hours, wide choice and good service&prices. Not easy for smokers, no balcony, except the bar outside. |

Vastaanotto keskellä yötä oli leppoisa. Väsyneenä oli mahtavaa nähdä siisti huone ja päästä hyvään kylpyhuoneeseen. Emme kyllä huomanneet mitään valittamisen aihetta! - Seuraava asia ei liity hotelliin, mutta en keksi muuta foorumia kysyä asiasta: Miksi Veronan lentoasemalla ei ollut takseja tarpeeksi? Miksi maan kansalaiset saivat radiotaksin muualle kuin kyseisen tolpan kohdalle? Odotin mieheni ja tyttäreni kanssa vapaata taksia kaksi ja puoli tuntia. Tilasin taksia asemalle useamman kerran. Olisin kiitollinen, jos saisin tietää, miten seuraavalla kerralla toimisin. Kiitos! |

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, in buona posizione (16 km da Verona), ottime le stanze per ampiezza, arredi e pulizia, personale gentile e disponibile. Decisamente da consigliare. Servizio del ristorante un po' lento e non sempre disponibile tutto il menù |

Qualità intrinseca ed estrinseca ottimi. Cucina di qualità. Spazi e comfort senza limiti. Per arrivare è indispensabile l'auto. Ci ritorneremo. La camera questa volta era un pò piccola, in un altro frangente era molto più ampia. Speriamo per la prossima volta che vada meglio. |

Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft an der deutschsprachigen Rezeption. Frühstück nur bis 10 Uhr. Dafür ist der Raum zu klein und die Menge an Gästen zu groß und das Personal dem Ansturm nicht immer gewachsen. Nur eine überforderte Kaffeemaschine.
