Cleanliness No instructions for using phone in the room.very limited food menu in the restaurant.the waitressess did not speak any english which caused problem in ordering.no ironing facility by the guest themselves.no wire gauze in the windows.flies and mosquetos came into the room if window opened. |

everything was new and clean. the welcome drink was great. breakfast with a great variety. if you have a car, it´s perfect, you can reach verona very easy and park there for free close to the city centre. staff at the desk wasn´t so friendly. the translator of all hotel brochures surely was very cheap, there is a lot of different meanings betweeen the italian, english and german text. the breakfast room is too small for all the people and too understuffed, so the guests often have to help by cleaning the own table, so they can have a seat. |

Es lag sehr weit außerhalb von Verona 1/2 STd. Fahrt, Frühstückservice wahr aussreichend, aber nicht 4 Sterne. Zimmer praktisch eingerichtet, aber nicht gemütlich.Kommunikation sehr schlecht, bestelltes Zimmer wurde erst nach der 3. Reklamation zur Verfügung gestellt - Doppelbett und nicht Einzelbett. Das Hotel war sehr laut, obwohl wir nicht vor 24.00 Uhr im Zimmer waren. |

Vastaanotto keskellä yötä oli leppoisa. Väsyneenä oli mahtavaa nähdä siisti huone ja päästä hyvään kylpyhuoneeseen. Emme kyllä huomanneet mitään valittamisen aihetta! - Seuraava asia ei liity hotelliin, mutta en keksi muuta foorumia kysyä asiasta: Miksi Veronan lentoasemalla ei ollut takseja tarpeeksi? Miksi maan kansalaiset saivat radiotaksin muualle kuin kyseisen tolpan kohdalle? Odotin mieheni ja tyttäreni kanssa vapaata taksia kaksi ja puoli tuntia. Tilasin taksia asemalle useamman kerran. Olisin kiitollinen, jos saisin tietää, miten seuraavalla kerralla toimisin. Kiitos! |

Qualità intrinseca ed estrinseca ottimi. Cucina di qualità. Spazi e comfort senza limiti. Per arrivare è indispensabile l'auto. Ci ritorneremo. La camera questa volta era un pò piccola, in un altro frangente era molto più ampia. Speriamo per la prossima volta che vada meglio. |
