Good breakfast; Extremely helpful staff; Free Parking; Close proximity to the train station.

The parking area is small and could easily become overcrowded; however, the hotel keeps your car keys so that they can rearrange the cars, if needed.

The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Location was great for a trip into venice. We had planned to stay in Venice but with three kids, and a car, and 4 suitcases we are glad we opted to stay in mestre!

This hotel is near to the train station and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The staff is friendly and helped us with usefull information about Venice.

Breakfast was very poor (only 1 piece of cheese, 1 piece of a small butter for each person, some jams, coffe and bread), apple and corn flakes, no ham nor anything else. There were some mold traces on the room's ceiling. The bathroom is very small. You can hear noises from the other room through the walls. In the room the wi-fi signal is poor.

Carpet smells dust maybe because it is old. Breakfast is not rich, thypical Italian breakfast.

Close to transportation to Venice. Big room/shower. Good choice of nearby restaurants. Lots of OJ served in the morning.

Although they were very fresh, dinner rolls for breakfast were odd. Add a few more croissants instead, folks. Possible "street-walkers" a few blocks away at night.

The hotel is more like a family business and the hosts are very well behaved, friendly and good English speakers. The location of this hotel allows you to feel Italian hospitality and environment. At the same time, it is 20 min away (10 to the railway/bus station and another 10 for the trip) from Venice, a fantastic place.

The hotel is not luxurious at all, although we guess that it was so when it was new. There are a few signs of old refinements in the room; however, everything is practical and clean. Sometimes it may become a bit noisy (when all rooms were occupied, as during our stay), but again, this is not necessarily bad.

Fantastic value for money, ideal for visiting Venice. Five minute walk to railway station. Basic breakfast but plenty of it. Our room was light and airy and spotlessly clean. Warm welcome.

The man from the reception (an older man with glasses) explain everything to us very clearly about the transportation to and from Venice. Furthermore he's very helpful and friendly. The other receptionist spoke barely English. Location is good if you want to go to Venice, just take the train. There's a supermarket and a few chinese restaurant a few blocks away. On the contrary to what some people said about the basic breakfast, we found it okay and have nothing to complain about this.

Old exterior, but interior is okay and clean. Wifi signal is almost non existent on the top floor. Parking is around the building, on a very small parking area, if one car wants to go out then they have to move all cars in front of it. You have to leave your car key by the reception. We booked a room for 4 person, but it turned out to be a room with 3 normal bed and 1 extra bed.

Very good location - close to the railway station and to the city center. Very friendly staff - we have forgotten shoes and took them on the way back.

The room was a bit small (we stayed in 4-bed room). Wi-fi was weak. No elevator.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I've been waiting for a while to put this review as I really want to say something here. I would have rated it more scores if we hadn't been treated rudely when we checked out. There was an old man at the counter who does not speak English at all, which caused us a very unpleasant talk when we check out early in the morning and I couldn't understand a single word at all, he was just keeping speaking Italian. I guess he was talking about the city tax and I just want to make this clear,then he turned out to be very angry and shout at us with some Italian words - I don't think these are good and polite words, and he almost pushed us out of the door. I felt very disappointed. Venice was my first stop in Italy with my wife and we didn't expect this. then we travelled to Florence and Rome, now we are at Athens. We had a very happy time together after then and the hotels are all nice and they treat people politely! My comments in objective, that this hotel is convenient because it is close to the Mestre station, the price does not worth its service, the room has bad smell, there is no elevator.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and a very short walk from the Mestre train station-- very convenient to getting to Venice (15 minutes by bus or train). Mestre saved us at least 50% over staying in Venice. The staff was very helpful with directions, and let us store our bags there for the day after we checked out, so we could spend that day in Venice. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay.

No eggs or yogurt at breakfast, which left us craving protein.
