Staff is extremely friendly. Hotel is very convenient to the train and bus. Rooms are very clean and quiet. The towels are more like table cloths. Breakfast is only croissants and coffee, but the coffee is very good. Would recommend and use again. |

The person who attended the hotel in the morning was very friendy and helpul in planning our trip to Venice. When we got there, it was 36 C outside and inside our room was probably hotter as the A/C had been off probably for most of the day. It would be nice if the room was nicely cooled awaiting new guest' arrival. The the facilities (showe, carpet) show their age. |

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was small but enough to get you through the morning. Down the road from the train station which is only 10 min from Venice. |
