Personale cordiale e molto disponibile. Ampio parcheggio. Non capisco perchè la camera ed il bagno hanno due sistemi di riscaldamento separati, infatti in camera era acceso ed in bagno no. Sia in camera che in bagno erano presenti grandi macchie di umidità sulle pareti. Il prezzo è stato decisamente alto per il servizio offerto.

La posizione vicinissima ad un bel percorso fitness, idelae dopo una giornata di lavoro. Struttura e camere in linea con il prezzo, camere non insonorizzate, dal bagno del vicino si sente ogni cosa, colazione carente.

Room was clean. Breakfast was poor. Hotel is too far from Como city. Staff doesn't speak english. Tv channels doesn't work properly. Air conditioning system too old and loud and did not make the room really fresh.
