Montespina Park Hotel offers great facilities in a peaceful green location with access to excellent public transportation going into Naples. Relax in the pool or work out in the gym. Montespina Park Hotel is surrounded by nearly an acre of pretty grounds, where you will find a children’s playground, a large outdoor pool and charming lemon groves. The hotel was close to my office. First they wanted to force me to stay in the room (outside main hotel) with broken lock. When I asked second time for assistance to open the room hotel boy admited the lock is broken. Then I was accomodated in the wooden hut instead of 4 star hotel - disaster. But still receptionist was stating is the same standard what I paid for - Supreme double. Staf is very slow, can talk over the phone when you are standing in front of the desk. For morning coffee you can wait 15 minutes because they are able to take one order at the time. Swimming pool - still dirty. Shortly - disaster, will never stay in this hotel again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially those on reception. There was very little traffic noise. The superior room was a good size. Despite it being the start of May the swimming pool was empty and the onsite wellness centre was closed. There was a tremendous amount of noise from workmen cutting back trees and hedges with chainsaws and powertools. Therefore you could not sit outside in the sunshine. This should all have been done during the winter. The terrace with the Superior room was only about 6 feet wide and was closed on the other side by a Leylandii hedge, so you could not see anything and only got an hour's sunshine. The breakfast selection was poor. Nobody put on the heater under the scrambled eggs, so they were cold, when available. There was a very restricted evening menu with an even smaller wine list. There were no nearby restaurants.

The Staff were very helpful, from knowing taxi drivers that would give us a reduced rate to knowing when traffic was busy (and so not to see that part of town until it died down).

English speaking staff. Near the place I work. Secure. Safe. Nice meals. Great breakfast. Beds are hard. Tub is narrow. Small tv monitor. Below average connectivity to wifi.

Our 2nd visit here and once again a thoroughly enjoyable visit. The pool is great and as we have family near by it's a great location and feels a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of Napoli traffic and noise! Staff were friendly and kind.

Friendly reception staff. Nice pool area. Clean and easy to find. Basic evening dining menu and inconsistent service. Small family room. Swimming hats compulsory but not available on arrival.

Direi che il soggiorno in questo hotel è stato perfetto. Parco immenso e meraviglioso, piscina grande e pulitissima , camera grande e molto pulita e personale gentile e disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi nostra esigenza. Non so come descrivere la sensazione di benessere che si prova a passeggiare in quel parco e quella di relax a prendere il sole in piscina. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Lo staff della struttura e' disponibile ed efficiente, gli spazi esterni molto ben curati ed attrezzati con verde per I bambini, gli spazi per il parcheggio sono di una comodita unica, inoltre la sua posizione permette di muoversi dalla struttura verso I dovresti siti da visitare. Merita stima e considerazione!

Posizione silenziosa e tranquilla in mezzo ad un parco, molto rilassante dopo aver trascorso una giornata nella "rumorosa" Napoli. Ottimo per chi arriva in auto perchè a soli 2 minuti dalla tangenziale (uscite 10 e 11) e dotato di ampio parcheggio controllato con telecamere. Molto comodo alla metropolitana Cumana la cui fermata Agnano dista solo 800 m a piedi dall'hotel e in 10 min porta direttamente nel centro storico. La ns. Camera era bella e spaziosa in una dependance a piano terra ed era anche dotata di tv satellitare con sky. Gli ambienti della reception e del ristorante sono eleganti e raffinati. Migliorabile il servizio di colazione che soprattutto a sala piena va un po' in difficoltà.

Il parco è bellissimo, l'atmosfera mette a proprio agio e lo staff è davvero molto gentile Le camere sono un po' "vecchiotte" anche quelle superior però pulite molto bene, il terrazzino è delizioso ma non curato, il riscaldamento si è acceso durante la notte facendo salire la temperatura a dismisura...peccato! Le potenzialità sono elevate ma delle piccole carenze non lo rendono esattamente un quattro stelle...

отзывчивый и приветливый персонал. особенно официант. не нравится несоответствие о заявленных на Booking.com номерах в данном отеле, и действительное положение дел. на сайте не были показана, как свободные, те номера, которые на самом деле были доступны. от того номера, который мы забронировали нам пришлось отказаться, так как он был крайне маленьким. без особого труда поменяли на другой, за те же деньги, хотя на сайте нам его не показали. отель был почти пуст. вывод, - бронировать не обязательно!

Struttura ben rifinita ed accogliente, ottima cucina e a due passi dalla fermata del bus. Da segnalare la posizione ideale per i bambini perchè lontana dalle strade ed immersa in un parco (completo di altalene&co).

La posizione invidiabile. E' immerso in un parco molto curato e tranquillo. La preparazione, la cortesia e la gentilezza dello staff. Ottimo anche il servizio ristorante sia per la colazione che per la cena. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Тихо , большая и зеленая территория с апельсиновыми и лимонными деревьями , удобный номер , чистое белье , хороший бассейн около которого лежаки их хватает для всех гостей , приличный завтрак. В этот отель можно ехать если есть автомобиль , имеется просторная бесплатная стоянка. На первую ночь нас поселили в номера без террасы , которые были заказаны , на следующий день переехали. Далеко до города , на мой взгляд можно добраться только на машине(мы были на машине) . Мы были в середине августа , нам хотелось побыть на море , но в Неаполе и около него очень сложно это сделать очень много людей , грязное море , да и город грязноват , если ехать не на море а познавать город то в старом городе все очаровательно и хорошо , но надо ехать не в такую жару. Не хватало чайных принадлежностей в номере.
