le personnel parle français, et est accueuillant. la piscine est bien. les petits déjeuners sont mauvais, tant pour le goût que pour le choix. La literie est très mauvaise, nous avions mal au dos toutes les nuits. |

Excellent hotel. Good rates. Fast wireless internet connection, free of charge for half an hour. Then very cheap. Very impressed with the décor, cleaness and qualilty of the rooms. Bed and linen very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff; good location and wonderful pool. Would recommend. |

Located is a very nice area lots of space to walk and the views were great. The cottage rooms were very up to date. The breakfast area was very nice and the service was fine. If you like the opportunity to wash your own items and hang them to dry ask for the 3rd floor which has a clothesline on a large open balcony. The pool and surrounding area are great. If you ask for a cottage room you will not be dissapointed, but the hotel rooms need upgrading. |

We enjoyed staying at the hotel. The plan was to stay for one night and we stayed for 3. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful! The territory is big, very nice and green. Our room was really nice. To make wifi connection at rooms free of charge. |

Food was ok. Room was comfortable. It was pretty empty. WiFi was chargeable although when I complained they did give it to me for free. However I had to get a new password every 2 hours. |

Silence in the hotel and space in the park. Better general look and furniture in the bedroom. Improve quality of breakfast for instance with fresh fruit.Rooms and bathrooms are tiny for a 4 star hotel. |

It was very beautiful, an oasis in the middle of Naples. And our two grandchildren loved the playground. Very close to public transportation as well. |

I like to do physical fitness every day. I like the fact that you let me into your fitness center early in the morning. I enjoyed my stay again, and when I return to Naples, I will be certain to stay at the Montespina Park Hotel. I would suggest that you fix some of your equipment in your fitness center. |

We had a very pleasant stay. The lovely room was clean, spacious and quiet. This was an excellent hotel with accommodating staff who provided very helpful recommendations for restaurants (shalateli fresh pasta and very good meat and cakes). Good free wireless connection in the room and in the common areas. Yes, I will highly recommend it. Excellent relationship between price and quality |

The Hotel was the perfect place to stay for our first explore to Napoli. Close to public transit. Excellent service , attentive and helpful but not intrusive. Wonderful breakfast and dinner - huge selection and high quality. Large rooms and pleasant common areas with wireless connection everywhere. I will definitely be staying at the Montespina the next time I'm in Napoli. |

Quite and beautifull surroundings ( especially compared to busy Napels) water in shower was either extremly hot or cold. Heating system not working properly. |

The only part we enjoyed about the hotel was that it had a pool. I believe the staff could improve a lot with their approach towards customers. I was dissapointed with our stay. |
