Location and hospitality.
internet wifi could be free.
Location was great. Staff went out of their way. Allergy-free rooms for real. Simple and nice. For a cheap upgrade we got a lovely balcony!
Breakfast in cellar.
A good value for money stop over yo catch a train from nearby Turin P N . Breakfast just ok - but had secure and clean room
The staff was very friendly. Good breakfast, even when you came late they still refilled. We received a good map of Torino. Good value for money.
You had to pay for the wifi.. And there was no wifi in the room. Breakfast would have been better with some savoury options and fresh juice.
Great location of the hotel. Easily accessible from the airport by bus. Friendly and courteous staff. Comfortable and clean room.
The reception staffs are very friendly and helpful!
Wifi is not free.
The staff was very helpful and the was clean. Good value for money paid.
The breakfast could have been more varied e.g. Ham and cheese could be added. They had varied sweets so they could cut a little of this and add food items instead.
It's a bad choise for who live here.
Everything was expected and the staff were very friendly. Couldnt have asked for a better service. Room was basic but immaculate and comfortable. Hotel also walking distance to station and shops. Recommend to anyone looking to stay in Torino!
Very nice reception staff
Breakfast could have had more variety
Locations is perfect (7 min from Main railway station), breakfast was good, staff is very kindly and friendly, very good hotel for this price. Our room included small balcony and was very quiet. Highly recommend for staying during 2-4 days.
nothing, everything was good.
Street a little bit noisy
The staff were very helpful with any enquiry I hadm suggesting others I may like eg. There are hot air balloons today at such and such. Although I do my own research generally they were a fund of knowledge and even mentioned a couple of areas that I should perhaps avoid. I liked the room which had a delightful little balcony and it overlooked quiet street,a residential area with schools, cafes and artisan shops. This hotelwasclose to all the areas I was interested in and although it was the first time I have ever stayed in a 2 star premises it was suitable for me. There was real attention to detail and even recycling facilities on my floor. I even received a little gift from the staff on my departure and an assurance that anything I wished translated would be done for me. The heating was on although I felt I personally did not need it, although a modest hotel you felt as though you were staying with family. I would definitely stay there again.
The breakfast was basic, however there were choices, rather too many pastries but this is Italy, however; there was plenty fresh fruit, and breads as well as cereals etc,it may be improved if boiled eggs were on offer on occasion. The staff were on tap if we needed anything. There are plenty of eating places along the Via Saachi for more substantial appetites.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Close to the Porta Nuova train station
Paying for wi-if, especially since most places have free internet these days
Location was perfect since it was near porta nuova, and connected to juventus stadium. Cheap, clean and friendly and helpful staff.
Poor wifi connection No mini-bar/fridge in the room Poor command of English Rooms are very poor and old fashioned
Hotel is very close to Porta Nouva where buses from the Airport arrive. If you don't want to spend money for taxi this hotel is very convenient and easy to access. Although it is not in the very centre of the city, just take the tram no. 15 nearby and you'll be at Piazza Castello or Mole Antoneliana in 10 minutes.
Well situated hotel (near to the railway station Porta Nuova and to the historical centre of Turin), the helpful staff giving recommendations and city maps, a good point to visit Turin
The nice and frienly staff and clean. Good recomendation about Turin
The noisy from the street
