The apartment was about 5 a minute walk from Termini station which was really handy for getting around Rome. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious and we were provided with plenty of towels etc for the duration of our trip (5days).
We are very satisfied with the appartment, especially with the location as it was very close in metro, bus station and just 15 minutes by foot from the centre of rome!!!It was very clean and comfortable appartment...
We had some technical problems with warm water but the staff solved it in time after our call!!
The location and the apartment was fantastic We were seconds away from Colosseum Staff very friendly and helpful
Not enough light in the bedroom very dark There was no water for one entire day and then on and off in between as there was some works going on we were informed on arrival about the same The toilet was super small, as a short person who is just 5 feet.4inches my legs touched the wall whilst i sat on the WC highly uncomfortable. The shower was really very small too!
Nice location near colosseum but only this
First of all I would like to say that the price of this apartment was extremely high. Bath had a lot of problems that need to be fixed. Lights in the bedroom didnt work at all and in the living room there were also electricity problems. Also I would like to refer that room wasn't clean and there were ashes in the room from the previous renters and dishes were half cleaned. Definitely not friendly for kids.
Location was very good, easy access to most of attractions. The apartment was clean. Especially Valeria was very helpful. WiFi was fast enough. Kitchen is a plus. everything met with our expectations.
For longer stay, would be nice to have vacuum cleaner since no cleaning service with this apartment. Maybe there is one, we simply forgot to check
Super location Open kitchen and living room Nice bedroom and comfortable bed
bright pretty apartment.spacious with comfortable beds. wifi and tv. close proximity to collossium and several other important buildings and the metro. no 64 bus from behind the basillica takes u there. druids rock pub is an amazing irish bar nearby...it rocked!!!...no immediate shop nearby for basics though. but great clothes market nearby.
the young man who gave us the keys gave no directions to the flat and taxi driver didnt know either as the building no was not included. kitchen equip is poor and not adequate for 4. boiler was not turned on or explained so no hot water the first day. no ans when we rang. very steep steps to apt. all the above caused unnessary stress that could be avoided by a little more care.....in explaining....and the kitchen equip needs an update. wifi password needs to be simplified.
Nice safe area close to Metro and old Rome. Apartment spacious. Good cafe opposite?
Bathroom was too small and shower which was tiny didn't drain in less than 30 minutes! Unfortunately apartment below was being totally renovated so we were afflicted with hammering and concrete dust during the daytime. Just unlucky I suppose.
We loved the location of these apartments, right around the corner from the colosseum and literally walking distance from the metro station. They were spotless clean, big, bright and airy. The bed was very comfortable and the living area very spacious.
The bathroom was a little narrow and was difficult to step in and out of shower and there was no plug socket for the kettle on the counter so had to boil it on the floor. Of course these were just little things. I highly recommend this accommodation if you have a short stay.
bathroom was Extremelly small also they had zero accomodations for small children. we had to co-sleep with the baby
Within walking distance to all main tourist and shopping areas. The apartment was spacious, quiet and had great amenities. It was lovely to have restaurants which were away from the main tourist areas so close by. There was a supermarket close to our apartment too.
Location bit shady Water pressure poor Not being able contact any personnel when daughter was sick on Sunday and wanted to stay another night Room not being ready after 3.30pm on a Saturday. Was fixed relatively quickly
Great location, good size apartment, good facilities.
Bedroom window opened onto restaurant courtyard so noisy until late at night.
The Vittorio Emanuele metro station was just around the corner so very convenient as we were travelling with my elderly parents. There was a Spar not far away either, just at the end of Termini Station and the apartment was safe being on the 4th floor (there is a lift), and the locks on the door are like Fort Knox so happy to sleep with windows open as it was hot whilst we were there. Couldn't fault the apartment.
The area is not the best place in Rome, but when I booked I did not know the exact location, just that it was near Termini which is a convenient location to be in. For myself and my boyfriend it was not a real issue, but I did worry about my parents. Saying that, we didn't have any problems.
Beds hard, not enough pillows
Located close to everything. Was easy to arrange key pickup. Plenty of room and everything you needed in the apartment.
I liked everything.......location,facilities , comfort
The fan in bedroom didn't cool the room enough
The location is pretty good - easy to walk to Colloseum etc and short distance to trains. Valeria immediately bought us a clothes rack when we found there wasn't one for drying our washing
Both shower heads are broken and need replacing. Both shower curtains could do with replacing, or a very good scrub at the least. There needs to be some more cutlery - there was only one teaspoon, so we bought a few more. There also needs to be knives other than those you eat with to use for cutting and preparing food. The front door lock on to the street is loose, and sometimes unlocking is a bit tricky. Overall, this apartment just needs a bit of tender love and care. It's looking very tired and uncared for.
It‘s a really wonderful apartment for us 4 persons to live in. A beautiful open kitchen and facilities are all prepared well in the apartment. Though the building has a long history while the inside decorations are modern and arty.
There are only one air-conditioner in the main bedroom and make a discount of cooling effect.
-supportive and helpful hosts, the map of Rome they gave to us at arrival was indispensable and allowed us to set out right away -cozy, beautiful apartment that is minutes away from so many sights of Rome (and metro) -facilities provided were good, kitchen area is well stocked with equipment, (bringing a dishwashing sponge to clean up is a big help!) We really enjoyed our stay, thank you to the team
-minor bathroom issues, (shower door and toilet lid not working properly at first) -not enough lighting in the apartment (esp once the sun has gone down)
Our apartment was literally a five minute walk to a lot of the main sites. Very very central and very cheap considering this fact! The apartments are very spacious and comfortable.
Although there was a wifi code given it did not work for any of us. Phone reception was very bad in the appt as well.....however this was only an issue at night time as most of the day was spent out and about. Also our hot water didn't work for the three nights we were there...cold showers all round!
Close to Coloseum
no ventilation in the bathroom. a little small bathroom . Shower head is broken. The water is not heated continously.
Excellent location. Loved the surrounding restaurants and shopping. The apartment was big enough for 2 adults and my 13 year old son. Has 2 full bathroom which makes it convenient. Would stay here again.
On our third day someone tried to open the front door. It was probably the housekeeping. Also was bothered by ring on the door by delivery guy.
Great little apartment. (Vitorrio Apartment)..loved being in it...would love to buy it!!! The owner has decorated it really well. Had everything you needed. Free wi-fi, a few English speaking TV channels, little verandah, shutters on windows, air con in bedroom. Kitchen great: lovely stove and oven, marble benchtop. Just across the road from great food markets: fresh vegetables and seafood (very cheap). The apartment block has a cute little lift to get you upstairs and REALLY good locks on the front door. 10 Minute downhill walk to Roman Forum and Colloseum. For Spanish Steps etc, catch the Metro to Spagna (3 stops) at 1.30Euro ( for 6 hours) or 6 Euro for 24 Hours. 5 minute walk down road and under rail bridge to the University part of town and really good cheap restaurants.(no tourists).
The location, while good, and close to Vittorio Emmanuele Metro, and Termini, is in a bit of yukky part of the city (only this street though!). A lot of men standing around, very little Italian spoken, and the streets pretty much deserted after 9pm. The company managing the property are a bit laid-back. The lady who was to meet me never turned up to let me in, and I had to wait for Francesco to arrive, whilst standing in the direct sun with a whole lot of strange men staring at me and my luggage. Also, there is a terrible smell in the bathroom...maybe a stack choke??
the apartment is very cool, nicely decorated and the building is amazing. also there is 3 locked doors from the entrance to the apartment so it feels safe
the location is poor.. 40 min walking from the tourist area (piazza navona, via del corso..). and its also located in area of many homeless people, scary..
