there was no WiFi connection ( advertised as available in your information). it was no where a lake view ( ( advertised as available in your information).The hotel is located a long way out of town at the intersection of main roads and is sandwiched between a garage and and industrial unit, there is a railway right opposite and a motorway behind it !!! |

Staff was very polite, helpfull and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and very confortable. Safe parking. The hotel is about 2 Km from the centre of Passignano but if you have the car the position is good for visit many places in Umbria and also in Toscana. |

Excellent staff very helpfull and friendly, nice and clean rooms, good brakfast! The area is rather industrial but once you go through the gate the hotel is nice and people very friendly. |

Hotel was fine with nice clean rooms and excellent staff who couldnt do enough for us.An ample continentel breakfast set us up for the day. The only ,but significant drawback was not directly related to the hotel but its impact for us was huge-The town had no taxis!! Not even one.Not having hired a car and with the hotel 2km from the bars/restaurants this turned out to be a major factor.Having said this our hosts drove us to and from the town numerous times and would not accept payment for their trouble-Thanks guys. |

Wow! This place is truly a gem! We stayed in a 2-room apartment that was immaculate and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a nice swimming pool. The breakfast buffet (included) was a delicious spread, served in a formal dining room. The staff was the best part - incredibly helpful and accommodating; the main woman spoke excellent English. A great value for the money. Highly recommend, If you don't have a car, it's a little far out of the center of town - probably about a 2 km walk. |

very friendly reception and good location for visiting locations around cortona and lake trasimeno, rooms very clean and spacious no not really, shower was a little wonky (shower head wouldn't stay on the stand) but otherwise hotel fitted our needs perfectly. |
