Nice large rooms with large and comfortable beds, bathtubs in the bathrooms, good location close to the Ragusa Ibla and not so far from train station, polite and helpful staff: the receptionist checked some bus conection for us The breakfast could have been a bit better: there were no cheese and meat left when we got to breakfast even though there were only few people staying at the hotel that night

The willingness of the staff to go out of their way to help and ensure that you are being well served. The food was excellent and good value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower was a little uncomfortable as it was small and only had a fixed showerhead. I didn't use the tv but other travellers did complain that it wasn't possible to watch tv as all the channels had disturbance.

The hotel is very centrally located in Ragusa and close to Ragusa Ibla. The service provided was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and cordial. Breakfast was good, and the rooms were cleaned every morning. The hotel garage was very important as parking is quite limited in the area. We highly recommend the hotel. If we do revisit Ragusa we will definitely stay in Hotel Montreal again.

Struttura carina, in centro a Ragusa. Camere pulite e confortevoli. Personale molto gentile ed accogliente. Buona la posizione in centro, da cui si raggiunge facilmente ed in breve tempo Ragusa Ibla, meritevole di essere visitata. Interessante anche la possibilità del parcheggio interno.

Ottimo rapporto ualità/prezzo e gentilezza dello staff Ristorante non all'altezza dell'albergo, pochissima scelta di piatti su un menù poverissimo, il servizio è molto approssimativo e uel poco che si riesce a mangiare lo si paga più di uanto meriti.

L'Hotel si trova al centro di Ragusa e si presenta molto pulito ed efficiente ho soggiornato una sola notte ma in futuro se dovessi ritornare a Ragusa sarebbe sicuramente la mia scelta Unico neo la colazione.... Prima di me e dei miei amici sono andati via un gruppo di persone che hanno spazzolato via tutto e purtroppo il buffet non è stato rifornito a dovere. Per il resto l'hotel è da ritenere un buon hotel.

Calidad/precio para lo que te sueles encontrar en sicilia, muy bueno. La atención del personal muy buena. La habitación está muy cerca de lo que solemos encontrar en un 3 estrellas español. Recomendable, volvería a alojarme en este hotel...no te pierdas la visita a la Pasticceria di pasquale, a dos minutos del hotel

La amabilidad de la recepción. La limpieza de sus habitaciones. Tiene una terraza de desayuno con unas vistas muy bonitas de la ciudad. Facilidad de aparcar. Se podría mejorar el aspecto exterior del edificio. Una vez estás dentro mejora mucho la primera impresión.
