AS Hotel Monza  

The help we received from the staff.

It was ok for one night. Breakfast was really great with real Italian coffee! The staff was nice, they offered us a cup of tea when they saw how exhausted we were.

It was almost impossible to find it because there are roadworks near the hotel and all streets suggested by our navigational system were closed. No one could tell us exactly how to get there. It took more than an hour to find it. The hotel could have sent us some information about the situation and could have enclosed a map.

Again, really hard to get to because of the massive road building project outside. Hotel looks horrific from the outside, but it offers good accommodation inside.

Big down is all rooms out party had were smoking rooms, room smelt of smoke on arrival although they had tried to mask it, and towels smelt of smoke. Trying to find it was awful just because of the road works, and when you exit, you exit straight in to que's. This isn't there fault, but its worth bearing in mind, this is a massive building project and the Italians aren't known for being overly quick !! Personally I would avoid this hotel again...

The staff were exceedingly polite and helpful about making suggestions about how to deal with the roadworks going on outside the hotel. Their suggestions helped us get to the Monza Race car track and to get to Sestre where we caught the train to Milan. The breakfast was brilliant.

Not having full control over the temperature of the room was the only thing we didn't like.

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Struttura nuova, stanze sempre pulite e profumate. Staff davvero efficiente, educato e capace di trattare in maniera professionale le necessità del cliente. Ho richiesto un preventivo per vari servizi taxi ancora prima di arrivare presso la struttura della durata di 5 gg. Dopo circa 15 minuti (era domenica sera) ho ricevuto una email con tutti i dettagli e prezzi riferiti alle tratte. Ho confermato il servizio e già dalla puntualità in aeroporto si è visto la serietà e professionalità dell'autista. Al ristorante ho cenato tutte le sere avendo anche lì un trattamento ottimo. Qulità cibo molto buono. Davvero una bella struttura che consiglio a tutti. Rumori notturni nulli. Colazione abbondantissima e di ottima qualità. Lavenderia impeccabile con l'orario e con la pulizia. I miei complimenti al Direttore e allo staff della struttura per avere e tenere una struttura con questo standard.

Non per colpa dell'hotel, ma come già presente in molte recensioni, i lavori stanno causando qualche problema per trovare l'ingresso alternativo... ma non è niente di difficile

Per i Lavori che stanno interessando le strade adiacenti , è complicato raggiungerlo.

Personale disponibile e gentile. Nell'hotel, un delizioso profumo di pulito.

Staff gentile ed efficiente. Camera con ottime finiture, pulita e confortevole.
