AS Hotel Monza  

The shower and the continental breakfast were the only real benefits I gained from my stay here. The room's decor was quite nice too, but I'm afraid I'm not visual enough a person for this to have countered the negatives.

This is the first hotel I have stayed in anywhere in the world that hasn't provided complementary tea & coffee. Room service charged €13 for a handful of pasta. On first try, my keycard failed to open my door – very annoying following my discovery that the hotel could not in fact be reached on foot easily when, due to roadworks, my taxi dropped me off at the north of the road. The four stars must apply to the restaurant alone, because frankly I've stayed in no-star hotels that've been better equipped than this. Unfortunately I was too late to at the restaurant too, so cannot comment on how good that food was – though if it was anything like the pittance provided for room service, I'm glad I didn't pay the extortionate prices seen on their menu.

Unfortunately the main road outside their premises is undergoing extensive repair and re -routing which makes access very difficult

The quality of the fittings in the room and in the bathroom was absolutely fine. Good restaurant in the basement, which was fortunate as it was nearly impossible to go out to eat elsewhere.

The location due to the major Roadworks is very poor. Much more difficult that we had imagined. Very difficult to locate the hotel. We also had problem with Air conditioning, even after informting the staff. 5 mosquito bites next morning was also not what I was looking for.

Location to Monza F1 is perfect , the taxi's arranged were excellent value 7 euro to the race track . drivers were very helpful as were the hotel staff who arranged this.

Access to the Hotel due to roadworks , almost impossible to get to the hotel by car unless you know the area a, driving map should have been sent .or another sat nav location zip code.

Friendly helpful staff, it was always clean and tidy. Despite the major roadworks outside the rooms were very quiet. Excellent buffet selection at breakfast, restaraunt open in the evenings was a pleasant place to eat and have a drink at reasonable prices with very good quality food.

It is possibly better described as a motel rather than a hotel if that help decide if you want to stay there, the bar is a small area one side of the reception, could have been a bit bigger / better sited.

We paid 450 euros for the night! For that price, I expected, if not a palace, at least a swimming pool and a hotel staff of higher level. This is a mere motel, worth a 100 euros the night. I'm used to hotels, but I have never seen such a scandalous rate. And I was not the only to complain. Even for the Monza Grand Prix week-end, you can't increase the prices that much. It has just nothing to do with the hotel standard... It actually seems that those who booked in advance with booking.com paid far more (at least twice the price) that late arrivers who benefit a special offer (I conserve the proof of what I'm saying)

The layout of the room, the shower was amazing.

Unfortunately during our stay the road adjacent to Hotel Monza was closed making travelling extremely difficult. Not the fault of the hotel but as it is a long term closure some warning would have been appreciated

I loved it.., the value for money.., ohh yehh..!!!! Location is just wonderful .., its like it's own world ., you feel like you somewhere in the country or village in good sense..! Even though it's just minutes away from a busy roads..! Breakfast was peas full and nice food even though not big verity but everything to t top quality and excellent and healthy..! Coffe comes from maching not a pot..! Loved it..! Stuff was more then friendly very helpful quik and overall nice..! Room had two entries ont to the front and the other to the back leading to a parking..! We really enjoied staying there..!

The construction work going on around the hotel makes it feel like its a job to get anywhere, and the bar is just a corner of the reception. would recommend when the construction work is completed

Could be a good hotel / motel location when normal access

Directions and signs not up dated major road works gps no good. Restaurant food was not bad it was terrible, Guess I should have known something was not right as I was the only guest in the restaurant. Never again it’s gives Italian cuisine a bad name. The room was at 25.4 C air con not working internet so slow not worth having there are much better at same rate.

Il posteggio molto comodo e "gratuito".

Nonostante l'ottima posizione per adesso, con i lavori in corso nella strada principale, è un po' difficoltoso raggiungere l'hotel.

Das Hotel war vielleicht vor vielen Jahren mal ein 4Sterne Hotel. Heute trifft das auf keinen Fall mehr zu. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf gar keinen Fall, der Preis ist einfach eine Frechheit!!! Wir sind sehr enttäuscht!!!!!

Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Preis-Leistungsniveau gegenüber früher (2011) hat sich massiv verschlechtert. Für diesen Preis nicht mehr buchbar.

Non è stato possibile spegnere il riscaldamento. Si riaccendeva e auto impostava la temperatura Tv troppo piccola e canali sky non presenti secondo la lista Zanzare in camera Colazione non adeguata ad un 4 stelle: poca varietà. Pancetta e uova strapazzate fredde!

La privacy offerta dalla scala e dal parcheggio indipendente, il comfort della camera, la colazione abbondante e il relax della doccia mooolto spaziosa!

Pochi canali alla tv e l'accesso poco diretto all'hotel causa lavori sulla strada principale

Chuveiro ótimo, cama boa e restaurante para o jantar bom.

Primeiro que é um hotel/MOTEL e achamos que foi propaganda enganosa não falar isso na hora da reserva. Segundo que há uma obra na pista a mais de um ano, o que nos fez andar por mais de 1 hora para encontrar alguma entrada para o hotel. O hotel é razoavelmente limpo.

E' più un motel che un hotel, è stato molto difficile raggiungerlo a causa dei lavori stradali nelle vicinanze che impedivano il normale accesso

La riservatezza e gli ingressi indipendenti molto positivi per la privacy

Tutto ok unica nota negativa, causa lavori alla viabilità, l'accesso molto complicato.
