Хороший отель, особенно для любителей природы и тихого отдыха. Отель очень удобно расположен для катания на горных лыжах и недалеко до трассы беговых лыж. Можно доехать до отеля на лыжах. Очень чистый отель, прекрасный персонал, отличная кухня. Wi-Fi надо заказывать на ресепшн, ограниченно время.

Внимательный персонал. Отлично организован детский досуг. Близость к подъёмникам. Тихий ,уютный отель. Отличная СПА зона. Грандиозный новогодний салют. Немного затянут ужин.

Posizione ottimale per raggiungere le piste. Servizi ricreativi ottimi e cordialità del personale. Piscina fantastica!!! Area palestra non idonea ad essere chiamata tale in quanto gli spazi sono veramente limitati e non attrezzati a sufficienza.

L'atmosfera famigliare, la cortesia di tutto il personale, i servizi (beauty e wellness, piscina, bar). Inoltre, anche se non abbiamo figli, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo l'attenzione posta alle famiglie con bimbi con l'intrattenimento loro dedicato e, in generale, l' animazione serale. Anche la posizione è ottima x chi ama sciare o comunque vuole degli impianti comodi: raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi un comprensorio con le piste, il noleggio sci, scuola di sci, tre diversi punti ristoro.

ottima posizione per chi deve andare a passeggiare; staff davvero ottimo e cordiale; servizio ristorante di ottima qualità,sebbene un pò caro. servizio massaggi con una sola persona, quindi difficile riuscire a usufruirne più di una volta a soggiorno; camere un pò spartane per essere un 4 stelle; PC a disposizione degli ospiti di una lentezza esasperante; Diciamo che chi prenota un 4 stelle si aspetta di più in generale;

Een kindvriendelijk, gezellig hotel. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en vers, het avondeten is smakelijk en niet duur (20€ hp) Het hotel is gedateerd en kan wel een renovatie gebruiken. Het bed is hard en de douche is een kleine ruimte met plastic schuifdeuren.
