We did enjoy the large room (2 adults and 2 young kids) and high celings. Lovely garden and communal rooms. Reception was very helpful and welcoming at all times (even late at night when we asked for a hot coffee/milk for the kids). Staff in the breakfast rooms although helpful, they never smiled. It felt a bit odd. All in all I would recommend this hotel.

It's location in relation to the city center and the beach was good. It could be considerd a charming old building (which it is from the outside), and the free parking was a plus. The room comfort was terrible. The mattress was nothing more than box springs, the pillows were like sacks stuffed with rags, and the towles were like hospital gowns. When we asked for an extra towel, the front desk clerk insisted we had enough, then came into our room to count the towels and said "see?" We decided not to press the issue. The infant cot for our 7-month-old (for which we were charged 12 euros), was broken and she slid halfway out the bottom; when I told the desk clerk upon check- out, she told a colleague we were making excuses. The breakfast was sparse, but that was to be expected. It was just not a comfortable hotel, and even worse was the complete rudeness of the staff, which was a surprise for Italy.

The location was excellent and the view from the room was wow. There was a very old fashioned lift which had us really amused. The hotel is very antiquated and in need of some modification.

Posizione; parcheggio interno compreso nel costo; colazione discreta. L'hotel è veramente messo male, probabilmente in un centinaio d'anni di esistenza sarà stato ristrutturato una volta sola. Da un senso di fatiscenza non da poco. Le stanze sono veramente spartane, la nostra puzzava di fumo, nonostante avessimo specificato non fumatori. In Costa Azzura, già da Mentone si trova molto meglio e a minor prezzo. Peccato perché lo staff è cortese e le potenzialità ci sono.

Ravissant hôtel avec un grand salon lumineux donnant sur un joli jardin et la mer à l'arrière-plan .... Nous avions deux chambres en duplex dans un petit pavillon dans le jardin, super original ! à la réception nous avons été accueilis par un charmant monsieur parlant un français impeccable. Le personnel du petit-déjeuner se montrait particulièrement attentionné. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner !!

Der relativ günstige Preis. Der Straßenlärm. Ausserdem kann man im Hotel kein Fluckticket buchen obwohl Internet vorhanden ist. Das Hotel läßt keinen Gast an den hauseigenen PC- echt miserabele Einstellung dem Gast gegenüber:
