We loved the hotel! Very friendly and unique.

This hotel is peaceful and quite, and within walking distance of the metro, Duomo, and Accademia. The staff was helpful in contacting some of the museum's for us, and making some sightseeing suggestions for us. The decor of the rooms were comfortable, and in the 2 weeks that we traveled in France and Italy they offered the largest shower which was a nice change.

The actual street that the hotel is located on is not the greatest looking, and breakfast was costly. We skipped breakfast at the hotel, and found caffes within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. I would request a courtyard room next time and ask not to have a room facing the street. The view was not the greatest.

Staff very helpful, willing to make reservations, and helped dealing with parking issues in Florence.

I think for the price it should have included breakfast instead of charging an extra 12 euros ($18.00).

I loved the location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff and how quiet it was.

Thought the decore was very old style and the en suite facility was very small

Die Hotelmitarbeiter war ausgesprochen freundlich, höflich, hilfsbereit. Die Atmosphäre war sehr schön. Die Lage herrlich ruhig und dennoch zentral. Alles etwas old fashioned was jedoch auch den besonderen Reiz der Zimmer ausmacht. Wir vier jedenfalls waren rundum zufrieden. Vielen Dank.

la gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel, la situation, réellement à 2 pas du dôme, la chambre confortable, s'ouvrant sur une terrasse, nous avons même bénéficié de places pour aller voir un concert de musique classique dans un théâtre magnifique.

Sérénité du lieu, accueil personalisé et bienveillant, charme singulier, on est très loin des chaines anonymes où la moquette et les meubles sont identiques quelque soit la ville choisie!

Excellent small hotel in great location - close to the ciy's historical center, but just off the beaten path enough to be comfortable. Very nice room and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
