Very helpful staff! Looked at a couple of business addresses for us (attending a meeting). Offerd ideas for restarants and sites though my travel companion has lived in Rome for a number of years; this would be helpful though for new travellers Breakfast was hit and miss. Coffee stone cold one morning though reception did make us fresh when we brought to their attention. |

Location! The hotel was fairly quiet. Unlike many budget hotels in Rome this place had an elevator, however is is very old (prob from early 1900's) and very small...not even room for 2 people with a luggage bag for each. The bathroom was so small a slim person has trouble even turning around in there. There is really no window to speak of in our room and the tv stations are only in Italian so there is nothing for an international traveler. Breakfast was meager and horrible. |

Location was great, it had an elevator (albeit old and small) but it was much better than climbing 5 floors with luggage. It did include a continental breakfast and had wifi internet for 3 euro a day and I thought this was reasonable. Our room was modern and nice with our own private bathroom. The room was clean and nicely appointed except the carpet was filthy and stained. They said it will be replaced soon but a steam cleaner would do wonders in the mean time. |

The room was quiet and clean, with towels regularly changed. It was also lovely and cool with inclusive airconditioning which was a boon at the height of summer! The bathroom was exceptionally small and cramped. As a slim person, I still struggled to get into the shower cubicle, where the supply of hot water was somewhat sporadic. Breakfast service was polite and friendly, although the selection was minimal and served in a room which was somwhat claustrophobic. |

Very good location, centrally located. Nice breakfast in the morning. My bedroom was right next to the public bathroom in the hallway. I heard 'everything' taking place in the toliet because the ceilings were not totally covered between that bathroom and my room. |

Front desk attendants very polite and helpfull. Air conditioning working well. But the Hotel does not have much more to offer. Small room. Very very small bathroom. Very poor breakfast only butter and Jam. Not a slice of cheese, or ham.... Improve the breakfast...low the price... |

Very close to the center of the city. The hotel provided excellent breakfast with a staff who would make coffee, cappuccino, or even hot chocolate of your choice as you waited. It was hard to find at first because the building number did not follow a logical pattern. This was not the fault of the hotel though, its in an old area of town and this was all established a long time ago. |

The location was very good. Room size was fine. Female staff helpful.Ok if you want basic accomodation in good location at a not too hideous price. The window in the room was tiny (50x15cm) and butted on to another building so No air got in and the aircon was poor. It was almost unbearably hot at night. Main toilet next door- You could hear everything, not pleasant!! Think the room (No 7) is an afterthought - not even a number on door or proper keyring. Male staff not helpful Breakfast very poor, expected this but told you could have it in the room which turned out not to be the case. Had to change breakfast time to late slot one day as someone made a mess of the booking.Towels had dubious stains on. Bathroom( tiny ensuite) shower didnt work in morning when obviously others in use. Chaotic and very basic overall. Would definitely have moved if staying more than 3 nights. |

The location was good, and the staff pleasant. The carpet in the room was extremely filthy. I would suggest removing carpeting in the rooms and replacing with tile that can be mopped and kept clean. |

The staff were wonderful - they were eager to help us with directions. We experienced a problem with our first room and they quickly remedied and gave us another. The breakfast was good. Staff are exceptional. Rooms are very nice. Location is great - within walking distance to just about everywhere in central Rome. We had a problem with the bed in our first room, but the staff quickly remedied the problem and gave us another room. They try very hard to make it a pleasant stay. |

The staff is helpful on informing you how to get around with the metro and bus. Nice and friendly. The building itself was not kept up...... the front door entrance had a weird odor (a mix of an old building with old garbage). The elevator was extremely old, we could hardly fit 2 people with luggage inside. I like retro things but without proper maintenance and a good scrub down its just nasty. Once we reached our room we were excited it didnt look like the entrance. |

Location is excellent. Bathroom was decent. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Filthy obscure entrance with no street # visible. Filthy smelly lane entrance to tiny ancient elevator. Antiseptic odour in rooms. Basic breakfast in hot room. Needs cosmetic work on plaster, new carpets etc. basic accomodation. |

Location of hotel is wonderful. First of all 10 mins walking distance to Roma Termini. Also you can reach very famous places by 10 mins walking like fontana Di Trevi, Piazza Di Spagna and many others. Rooms are very clean and confortable. If you consider the price and quality, this hotel should be one of the bests. |

The location (availability of city attractions), environment, fair quietness, the most exiting thing about this hotel was... ancient elevator (going :)) Twin room (not double) was essential for me. I've optioned it while making the reservation, but still when we arrived late in the evening the room was prepared as double one, but next night it was fixed by our request. The shower was not working properly. The breakfast was far from being generous :) |

Very basic. This should probably be noted in the description. From reading the guest reviews, however, I knew this already. A double room with a 50% discount meant that we got what we paid for. There wasn't a whole lot of variety in the breakfast. The room was a bit noisy in the night, when guests arrived, rang the doorbell and so on. |

Very well situated in the city, easily with walking distance of all the sights and very close to good restaurants too. Also low traffic noise as it is in a quiet back street. Found nothing that we disliked about the hotel at all. |

the location, becuase it´s in the center, and you can see everything by walking the routes. And the price. We reserved 3 MONTHS AGO with the special remark that we wanted a room with a view on the street, and despite that, we have been given a room that looks towards a wall. After complaining for 3 whole days we switched rooms,. Despite the fact that on the 2nd day a room was free, but the personnel ´forgot´to tell us.. |

Not the most fancy hotel, but very very praiseworthy! It was a pleasant stay, at a low fare. Breakfast was surprisingly rich and well-made. The room was alright and the location is just great. Nothing really. |
