The staff was helpful, lovely, kind. My noisy room was changed for a quiet one. There is a safe in the room.
My first room faced the busy Via Palermo and there was noisy traffic all night. I was given a different room facing an enclosed courtyard for the following nights, which was quiet and I slept well. The rooms are small, the bathroom tiny, and there is not much space to store belongings. The shower had no soap dish. The elevator is a little funky and not always available.
Hotel is within the walking distance from all the main tourist attractions, staff is friendly and helpful, although not all speak english good. Breakfast is good and it is more than just a coffee and croissant which other hotels offer. Our room was well equipped with air-conditioning, safe, hairdrier, fridge, and a small TV.
Proximity of Termini train station makes you a possible target for thieves. Hotel should invest more in security, because we got mugged on the second floor just a few steps from the reception desk. A thieve attacked us and stole a golden neklace so don't wear any jewelry to Rome. Bathroom was extremely small, so we could not even turn arround in it. You can barely sit on the toilet seat because of the shower. Bed was a bit uncomfortable with one thin blanket as a cover, and additional blanket in wardrobe which was too small for a double bed.
Location and staff.
Rooms and bathrooms.
Convenience to Termini/Metro and buses (number 40) and the receptionist Alessia recognized me from when I stayed here in March/April! :) The beds are comfy and rooms are clean. For a busy city like Rome, I found it to be fairly quiet as well.
Decor of the rooms 'could' be updated.
The bathroom was very small and the shower area was too narrow.
This hôtel is near the center of the town. The staff is kindly.Good breakfast.
I loved the breakfast
I didnt like the double bed...because at night its separate
The hotel was very nice, their reception had just been renovated and they had a really good breakfast!! The lacation was awesome and ee could go walking to almost anywhere in town! I highly recommend the hotel.
You cant expect from the staff anything more than you can expect from anyone in rome: people are mostly rude, and the most of the staff was no exeption (even though one night there was a very nice guy there). The hotel is also on the second floor, and you have to beep a door bell to go in, and sometimes they take some time to open the door. The rooms were a bit dated bit it seems that had been renovating some things, abd i hope the rooms are in their list! Also, free wifi only in the reception.
the location for this amount it is worth it, just don't expect much. close to the subway.
basic room, elevator not be fond by most... straight from the 40s, but my wife never got stuck while i went up and down to level 5 few times a day...
Almost everything。It'll be pecfect if we can use wifi in the room not in the frontdesk。
Staff are nice, facilities are good.
It is really difficult to find the first time, there is only small sign for the hotel.
All it was very nice. It was almost like the internet. it's a good hotel for leisure.
Lack of information regarding room availability.
Security, hospitality, cleanliness, breakfast, facilities
The price was fair considering Rome is such an expensive city.
Breakfast was a bit plain. But considering the price of the room I'm not complaining.
Good breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpfully.
Safe did not work. Battery flat.
Hotel happened to be convenient location for a celebration I'd planned..
1)As other people have commented-breakfast very basic including what seemed like powdered orange juice-with so many comments they could improve the offering... 2)My room seemed old-could do with an update, especially shower 3) Slightly strange arrangement of several hotels in the same building-apparently common at that price range.. I would probably pay a bit more next time and get a better place...
The people were nice and friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast was good.
The room was small and the lack of AC necessitated leaving windows open which allowed a lot of street noise.
Breakfast room directly opposite room, very noisy from 7.30am Uncomfortable bed
Great breakfast, good location and friendly staff
Staff was very good they went out of there way to help with every thing you needed and wanted. 5 star for the Staff. Breakfast was a great start for the day. When I come back to Rome this will be the place for me to stay
Staff very friendly & very helpfull allowing us to drop luggage into hotel early on 1st day & leave luggage in hotel till late on last day. Trevi, Spainish Steps within 10-15 stroll. Good value for money.
Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location of hotel, in the center of Rome. The availability of fridge and wall safe in the room. The breakfast is very tasty (fresh juice, pastry, wurst, etc.), but the choice is small.
Both windows were broken and we could not close them, so it was very noisy during the night. We could smell cigarette smoke through the ventilation. Breakfast is rather poor. No hot meals, only sandwiches, yogurts and fruits. Uncomfortable location of rooms and canteen (there are several hotels in one building O-o).
It's hard for me to find the hotel. But it's quite close to Rome termini station. Just about 10mins walk. Stuff is very nice and gave me lots of advice of traveling in Rome. But wifi is only free in public area, not in rooms.
The lady at the front desk was well prepared for our arrival and took the time to point out a nice walking tour for us. The location was very convenient with the Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, the Spanish steps and many other attractions within walking distance. We didn't expect much of a breakfast for the low price we had paid for our stay, but we were greeted with fresh pastries, fruit and freshly made cappucinis in the morning.
