Location, Breakfast, stuff.
The hotel is a wee bit hard to find, it's on the second floor of a building that has other hotels in it, and the sign for the Morpheus Rooms is quite small. Be prepared to wander around a little before finding it ;) The walls are paper thin and the doors shut quite loudly.
Staff were friendly, the location was perfect. Mostly younger people here, although we saw a few older couples as well.
All is good. It is located at nearby station. Maybe 5 minutes. And Very kind people good room services
Breakfast room at level 4 rather small although the very kind lady up there was always ready to see to our needs. Hairdryer and mirror shelf at bathroom of room 2 need repair. Could only follow RAI's three main channels on TV at the room. All the others no signal, but this was only a minor inconvenience.
Very good location adjacent to Via Nazionale and Termini Train Station. Relatively easy access to Rome's main sites which can be quite easily reached on foot. We even made to Porta Portese in Trastevere on foot even though it is a little bit far from Via Nazionale. The second time in Trastevere we used bus H kindly suggested to us by the very courteous lady at the reception which left us enough energy to go straight up to the Gianicolo on foot!
Location is perfect- Termini station 7 min away, Colosseum max 15 min away. Rich and tasty breakfast. Comfy bed and clean room. Helpful staff. Available free WiFi near reception, also possibility for printer.
not all staff at the receptnion was nice, some of them were rude, but one lady arranged tickets for us- very nice of her; payed wi-fi, old lift, the room on the fifth floor, reception on the second, probably we got room in the old part of Morpheus- they've got also New Morpheus Rooms on the second floor
good breakfast, very nice staff in the dinning room/kitchen, great coffee
The room had no window so I asked to change it which they said they could only do the next day. Ok but I said please dont wake me up in the morning. Instead they bang on the door in the morning the woman comes in turns on the light asks to use the phone calls the desk downstairs -all while I said I was sleeping. Because I wouldnt change the room there and then I had to stay in that one. The door was broken. It was very noisy. This is not a good hotel.
location ok but there are much better hotels for the same price in that location. (Ive stayed in many hotels in Roma Firenze Sicilia) They let me check in early (but I paid for it later)
bed was to soft wifi payment 3 euro by day
It was clean nice stuff good breakfest room was nice
Breakfast room was tiny and everyday food was the same. Each evening we had to ventilate the room as it smelled of smoke....
The room was big, the location was close to metro and 10 min to Colisseum, nice neighbourhood. Wifi was free.
Clean, warm and comfortable room. Fantastic location. Good buffet breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff who spoke English. Room cleaned every day. Building very safe and secure with someone on duty 24/7.
Great location, great price!
- no free wifi, you have to pay for it, if you wanna use in your room, free wifi is just at the reception - the wall in the room was not too clean
-excellent location ( bus stop 50 m, metro about 5 min by walk), restaurants, bars, shops, 50 m supermarket -good breakfest (bread, cheese, salami, croassaint, yogurt, fruit) cafe, cappucino - friendly, helpfull staff
Very friendly helpful 24 hours perfect location anything you ask from a hotel.
bed: double bed in that hotel means 2 mattresses: you always end up in a row between. mattresses are VERY HARD!! It's like sleeping on a wooden table, you feel every muscle and bone in the morning. noise: thin doors, hear every whisper on the corridor. room service: they do not resuply toiletries, no cleaning. location: far from public transport and attractions. I really don't know who rated it so high. My spine deserves a bit of comfort to sleep well. Never again.
The hotel was a little difficult to find initialy.
Location, comfort, cleanliness, facilitiies, breakfast, staff and everything was good.
heating not work at all:(
best value for money ever! + we got upgraded to a larger room with an extra bed!
Quite small room with a very small window. However, these are not deal breakers.
The breakfast was very good, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was practical. The receptionist gave us the best tips for sightseeing in Rome. Fairly clean.
The reception staff is good, speaks 3 languages, the hotel small but really comfortable and nice. And, surely, the location!
offensive smell in room, similar to that of wet carpets, unwashed bedding, bad smelling central heater. There was also a bad stain on the carpet, maybe of fresh vomit, perhaps causing the bad smell in the room??
Breakfast could have included fresh food, like fresh croissants although it was quite good. I prefer a big double bed over two twin beds joined as there is a gap between them.
Very clean place, good location, nice staff, room as described, no unpleasant suprises, great value for the money. I loved the place.
Beds are rockhard. Breakfast is basic and a bit cramped - like being in someone's kitchen...
Close enough to public transport and walking distance from forum and colosseum. Small rooms, but bunkbeds are perfect for kids.
The breakfast was less than we experienced at other places offering a breakfast included option,
location of unit was great, we could walk anywhere we wanted.
