Room comfort is reasonable. Very close to metro but not Termini station. It's not easy to find hotel, because it's on 3rd floor of one apartment. Not look like a hotel. |

It was very close to an excellent ice cream parlour. There was a fridge in the room. The people at reception were friendly. The hotel was fairly close to the metro. The rubbish bin was broken in the bathroom and one of the lamps didn't work. Accessibility from the lift to the entrance was difficult to manage with heavy suitcases. |

it was a clean room not in the best area of the city so you kind of felt obligated to get to your room early. |

The room was VERY dirty. The maid was trying to wash the floor, but after this her long black hair were scattered all over the floor. It was more than disgusting...The towels also dirty, and seemed not to be changed after previous guests. The reception is working only till 1 a.m., so if you return later - you won`t get inside. |

Good just for overnight stay if your main reason is city visit. As there are no meal service you are 'forced' to start your city tour earlyer in one of nice cafe in city. And of course nice historical ice-cream shop/factory in next building. Quite far from city center, but no problem while using subway. |

The staff was kind. There was every day a bottle of water for free in the mini bar. The TV was just a piece of furniture - it worked so badly that it was impossible to watch it. The hotel is situated in "China town" district. |

All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The coffee/hot chocolate machine - with ALL drinks for a mere 50 cents - was very welcome as was the complementary bottle of water per person every day in the room's fridge. Such little things (missing from other hotels we used during our recent 12 day visit to Italy) can and did make a big difference to our stay. We really appreciated these. Noise from the street, particularly of trams throughout the night was annoying but bearable. The net curtains needed a good wash. It would have been wonderful to have had the option of a self-service breakfast: cereal (muesli and cornflakes would be enough choice), fresh milk, coffee (already available in machine, fortunately) would be adequate. |

Room was very clean and comfortable. Small refrigerator and chest of drawers were very suitable. Also bathroom was very clean equipped with dryer. Heating service was a bit cold specially at night it could not warm up the room sufficiently. |

Very good renewed rooms with good taste about decoration especially on the toilets Although the location is good considering proximity to the subway and historical monuments (coliseum), the neighbourhood especially at night was a bit strange (but still safe) |

The staffs are friendly, they even allowed us to have early check-in without asking. That was really nice especially we came in by the night train around 9 am. The location is within the new china town, looks ruggard but safe to us even walked back around 10pm. Very near to the subway station too. We also had a nice meal at the restaurant that their voucher referred to. |

The room was very clean and modern, however we had a problem with the air con it would not work, the staff were very helpfel at trying to fix it, however I think the air con was just not poerful enough. The hotel is in a block of apartments, and you have to be buzzed in, it was quite strange arriving to the hotel but the room was very nice. |

The room was nice and clean, air condition worked well. Very friendly staff The included meal was not very good. We were not allowed to sit on the nice outside places but had to go inside the restaurant. The pizza was much smaller than the ones the other guests got (the same is true for pasta and salat). |

The hotel offer a free meal every day, which is not of high quality though , but really a good bargin in a city like Rome. Besides, the location is excellent. It's not convenient to leave the keys at the reception everytime you go out and fecth them everytime you come back. |
