Il est bien situè, just a cote du metro et avec un supermarche a 2 pas. Les gens sont sympas et parlent plusieurs langues. |

la chambre convenable et propre. supermarche à cote de l'hotel ce qui peut s'averer tres pratique. l'hotel nous a offert 2 glaces en arrivant (glacier juste à cote de l'hotel). hotel en troisieme etage d'un immeuble mais presence ascenceur dans immeuble. emplacement près de la gare termini , ce qui donne pas mal de chemin à pied jusqu'au centre ville mais metro à cote pour ceux qui preferent le metro. pas de possibilite de rentrer apres 1H du matin car reception fermée. hotel dans quartier populaire chinois, quartier non touristique(aucun monument à proximite sauf colisée qui est à 1.5 km de l'hotel à pied).pas de possibilite de petit dejeuner. |

La gentillesse des hotesses, le bon pour un repas dans la pizzeria du patron en remplacement du petit déjeuner, la proximité de la gare Termini qui permet d'accéder à tous les sites en métro éViter chambre sur rue, tv uniquement chaines italiennes |

The room was very clean, the situation of the hotel was excellent, there was [central] heating Teh room was fairly small for two personsa and the walls were very thin (we could hear our neighbours all too well). Also the reception was not open at the time it was mentioned on the web page - fortunately we managed to get in before they closed on our arrival day. Too bad... |

Clean The hotel was not what it said it was and was far too expensive. It was located on a bad area and more like a hostel than "hotel." Located in an apartment building.... Which was not what was described in pictures or descriptions. |

Super friendly and helpful staff, and super clean, spotless throughout. Would absolutely stay here again. The hotel was great. The area was fine in terms of safety -- but it is not in an attractive walking area. Only one block away from metro, so easy to ride to nice pedestrian-friendly touristy areas. |

very close to Termini station. Although there isn't any breakfast the supermarket is very close. The best icecream in Rome is just next door. We got free water and coca cola in the minibar. The place was quiet. There were hairs on the floor of the bathroom and room. There are plenty of tv channels, but only one is in english. The airconditioning wasn't strong enough |

its new, good instalations. Es nuevo y limpio Bad location, not a good area, although its close to a metro station. They dont have reception all night so its difficult to go out until late. The personal is rude. Mala ubicación del hotel, no está en un buen barrio, a pesar que está cerca de una estación de metro. No tienen recepción toda la noche o sea que es complicado salir y entrar a determinadas horas. El personal es descortés y agresivo. |

Room comfort is reasonable. Very close to metro but not Termini station. It's not easy to find hotel, because it's on 3rd floor of one apartment. Not look like a hotel. |

It was very close to an excellent ice cream parlour.There was a fridge in the room. The people at reception were friendly. The hotel was fairly close to the metro. The rubbish bin was broken in the bathroom and one of the lamps didn't work. Accessibility from the lift to the entrance was difficult to manage with heavy suitcases. |

The room was VERY dirty. The maid was trying to wash the floor, but after this her long black hair were scattered all over the floor. It was more than disgusting...The towels also dirty, and seemed not to be changed after previous guests. The reception is working only till 1 a.m., so if you return later - you won`t get inside. |

Good just for overnight stay if your main reason is city visit. As there are no meal service you are 'forced' to start your city tour earlyer in one of nice cafe in city. And of course nice historical ice-cream shop/factory in next building. Quite far from city center, but no problem while using subway. |

The staff was kind. There was every day a bottle of water for free in the mini bar. The TV was just a piece of furniture - it worked so badly that it was impossible to watch it. The hotel is situated in "China town" district. |

All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The coffee/hot chocolate machine - with ALL drinks for a mere 50 cents - was very welcome as was the complementary bottle of water per person every day in the room's fridge. Such little things (missing from other hotels we used during our recent 12 day visit to Italy) can and did make a big difference to our stay. We really appreciated these. Noise from the street, particularly of trams throughout the night was annoying but bearable. The net curtains needed a good wash. It would have been wonderful to have had the option of a self-service breakfast: cereal (muesli and cornflakes would be enough choice), fresh milk, coffee (already available in machine, fortunately) would be adequate. |

Ducale L'hôtel Ducale se trouve à 10 minutes de marche de la gare Termini en plein cœur de Rome. Il est très bien desservi par les transports en commun et dispose de chambres climatisées. |
