We stayed at this hotel at septemder for a week. In the room were everything like at the picture, everything is clean, new furniture and bathroom. Room for Rome is big enough. We took a double room. The rooms overlook the courtyard, it was not noisy. The room was cleaned every day. Every day, a bottle of water and a croissant for free. We liked the location, a 10-minute walk from Termini Station and 15 to 20 minutes of high speed to attractions like the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Trevi. Responsive staff, helped us book tickets to the Vatican, Villa Borghese. Every day at reception you can drink tea, cappuccino free.
We had everything that we need.
location is perfect and hotel is so clean.
wifi doesnt work!
It was a short distance from termini station and a fifteen minute walk to the ruins. Adriana at the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave helpful hints on where to find good food as well as when the pope did papal visits in St. Peter's Square. We also had an early morning flight to catch and arranged a driver who arrived ten minutes early and gave no hassles. The room suited our needs and the bathroom was beautiful.
The area isn't very appeasing to the eye. There is graffiti everywhere, prostitutes, but it never felt dangerous. It was very good value, so these things were overlooked.
Good location. Great sized room. Very clean. (it was our 2nd visit to this hotel)
Room was very hot even with air con on. Wifi was very intermittent in the room but worked fine at reception.
Clean rooms, good location (3 minute walk from metro station - 15 min walk from Termini station). Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner working well and bed was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and nice. Very close to subway station which is only one stop away from Termini train station.
The shower box was very small and hard to move arma inside it. WiFi didn't work a whole night.
Wifi, air conditioned, nice staff, location is awesome
Size of room was rather small.
Clean, AC worked well, helpful staff, nice coffee
Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean. Good sound proof window, no noise coming from the noisy street at all. Convenient transport with subway and train station is near by. Free water and Croissant.
Some pick pockets and rough sleepers around the area due to proximity to termini. But the hotel itself is very safe, so no worries there.
Really good location, nice staff, clean room and bathroom. I would go there again.
Very nice, clean and well equipped room (safe, hair dryer, Wi-Fi available). Complimentary bottles of water and croissants every morning in the room and coffee at the reception area. Service is quite good and the staff is kind and helpful. Very convenient location, about 3' walk from Vittorio Emanuele metro station and 15' from Termini station. 2 doors away from "Palazzo del Freddo Giovanni Fassi" with best ice-cream in Rome! Enjoyed our stay there!
Check-in time at 14.00 might be a little inconvenient if you arrive early, but you can leave your luggage at the reception and use this time for your first walk in Rome.
The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and nice. Even though I got at the hotel before check in time, they had my room available.
the renovated bathroom
the location, a bit expensive
The room had everything we needed. It was clean and cosy. No problems with WiFi, it worked well.
Location is OK, ~15 min walk from Termini. But you need to take metro or bus to reach the main tourist points. So it requires some planning in advance.
Near train and metro station, colosseum. In the room every day was crossan and bottle of water.
Very bad WiFi, no breakfast, The bed was uncomfortable, linen and towels change one time in 7 days. The hotel is located in a bad neighborhood.
The room was clean ( it was near the reception, so we had a strong wifi signal). We received croissants and bottled water everyday. There was free coffee at the reception. We enjoyed our stay.
The owner and staff could not have been nicer. Really great place to stay. Very convenient location.
There was no wi-fi in the rooms. While the location was v convenient the neighbourhood wasn't the nicest. Saying that we had no problems at all.
The staff is kind and helpful. The position of the hotel is really well connected and convenient to go sightseeing into the downtown. The hotel is clean. It had a fare quality/price ratio for us.
Low range of services (e.g. reception was closed during part of the day so we weren't able to leave our luggage between check-out and departure, bathroom clean but with essential facilities only,...). Even though the district is well connected and quite central it seems not one of the safest/nicest...
