l'attesa all'arrivo perchè non ha portineria, per cui ho dovuto telefonare più volte in attesa che arrivasse un responsabile

La privacy, è come essere a casa.

È' una struttura particolare nel cuore di Roma.

Solo il fatto che essendo parte di monumento hanno dei vincoli,tra cui l'intera aggio di funzionamento della fontana molto rumoroso. Mi avevano dato una camera bella ma a causa di questo problema molto rumorosa,si sono resi disponibili a farmela cambiare senza problemi.

La location è molto interessante...comodo dal centro e confortevole.

Aspetto ancora una risposta alla mia lettera dalla direzione...

La gentilezza dello staff e la ricercatezza nei dettagli dell'arredamento sono veramente unici. Consiglio l'albergo per la grande professionalità e per la squisita accoglienza. Complimenti, è proprio un bell'albergo!!!

The hotel manager, Andrea, greeted us personally and issued a map with all the suggestions of where to go and where to dine, what to do and what not to do. Perfect host as he is an architect and has fine taste. Accomodations are excellent...spacious, clean, modern and very tasteful, elegant, state of the art. Eventhough the hotel does not have a physical reception area, they accomodate your service request by having a virtual reception via telephone where all your requirements can be met. Furthermore, its manager provides his personal celular and makes himself available at all times. Breakfast included. Hotel is located within a government office section of Rome, especially police force offices making destination very secure to walkabout. My favorite hotel experience during an eighteen day travel throughout Italy and 4 different hotels. Will return for sure! Congratulations to Andrea, Maricel and staff!!

Clean, contemporary room perfect for a place to crash after a busy day sight seeing. Everything was included with the room so no hidden charges at the end when paying the bill.

Very few staff, didn't feel like a hotel. No bar or relaxing areas to chill before retiring to bed.

the hotel is behind the fountain and finished to very high standard,very comfortable and spottless,breakfast in your room is nice touch and the maid could do anuff for us,I would stay there again,

The staff were very friendly. That they are given a great example of hospitality standards. The hotel contain 7 rooms so the quality is noticed.

Small negatives were that we could hear the room service phone very loudly and that I had agreed to pay in Cash via email but upon checkout found out my card was debited.

first room we were in was very noisy! to noisy because of the water pumping system for the fountain! Besides that i find the breakfast very quality very poor! all the rest was fabulous!!

The Moses Fountain Hotel is a truly unique place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and stylish with everything you need. The host Andrea is a warm and welcoming man. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Friendly staff, great location, amazing room, superb breakfast and free mini bar...

The rooms are large for Rome and beautifully finished! The location is amazing you are staying in a fountain and its only a 10 minute stroll to the Trevi fountain or Spanish steps! The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Room was a great size, staff were attentive and efficient and the terrace was fantastic for re-energising in the afternoon.

We stayed in the suite for 3 nights. The cleaner checked us in and her English wasn't very good. It was our first time in Rome and she wasn't able to provide us with any info on the area or city. The hotel is lovely, clean and we had a very nice breakfast delivered to our room every morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel it's just a shame it's lacking a reception area and staff.

The location was very good. We could walk to many places and there was easy access to all transportation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and had a wonderful bath. We had breakfast outside but it was also available to be served in our room. We would very much recommend the Moses Fountain Hotel to other travelers.

There were several flights of stairs to get to our room but the staff was helpful in getting our luggage to our room. I would not recommend this hotel for someone who has difficulty managing steps.

Everything. We're a couple in our sixties and reasonably fit, but not fitness obsessive. Others complain about the the steps, but they were not a big deal. Yes, lugging our suitcases upstairs was a chore, but we just laughed about it. An elevator would have been nice, but when you're staying in a historic monument you can't expect them to make structural changes. We were even lucky enough to have gotten one of the two rooms with a balcony, though we didn't know it until we checked in!

Our attendant, Marissel, was wonderful. She spoke fluent English and answered all our questions on arrival. We were occasionally at a loss for info, though, because there was no "general info" paperwork in the room. It would have been nice if this had been provided, addressing items such as how and when to order breakfast (which was lavish!), what to do with the key upon checkout, etc. We didn't see this omission as a big deal, though, given the great location and comfort of the room. Stylish, modern and unique. Loved the sunken turkish bath, had a real luxury feel.

It was a great hotel very pretty and comfortable they made you feel as if you lived there when you were staying there they were great

The bed and breakfast was really modern with a very nice terrace. The rooms were great and it is right in the center of many sites in Rome.

A lovely small boutique style hotel with beautifully appointed rooms and staff that go out of their way to provide excellent service. The significant history of the fountain adds another interesting dimension to the stay. Well located, we can't wait until we can return. Molto bene!

Quite a few steps, but the staff are happy to lug your bags up them. The front door was not easy to find, check this out before your visit.
