The staff were very friendly and helpful. The garden by the lake was wonderful. If anything, the description of the facilities on your website underplayed the attractions for staying at the site during the day. The breakfast was uninspiring, but again the service was always cheerful and attentive. It was a drawback that the hotel was outside the village, and the bus service was infrequent and did not run in the evenings. |

The staff has been very helpfull. The hotel is just not a 4 star hotel (rather comparable to two stars in France). The price is therefore too high. |

Disponibilità e flessibilità del personale, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo in relazione alle strutture il cui accesso è incluso nel costo del soggiorno, (wellness, piscina con lettini, discoteca) posizione sul lago la chiusura del ristorante interno (dicono temporanea) |

Le cadre merveilleux et les dépendances de l'hôtel. L'accueil de la réception le petit déjeuner en plein air. Le parking pour la voiture. Le prix un peu élévé pour des personnes qui ne profitent pas de la piscine et des dépendances. |

Freundliches Personal "Mitbewohner" auf den Zimmern! 2 Tierchen ( 1 X Kakalake) wurden im Bad eingefangen. Es kann ja sein, dass jemand sie vermisst. Beim Kollegen war auch ein Mitbewohner auf dem Zimmer. |

Personale molto cordiale e collaborativo. Posto silenzioso e tranquillo, nonostante la vicinanza alla strada provinciale. Bel bagno turco e bella sauna. Colazione con varia scelta. Ampio e comodissimo parcheggio. |

Det var godt, men men en smule ensomt, da vi var de eneste som boede på hotellet. Lavsæson. Men personalet gjorde alt for at tilfredstille os og fortælle om området. |
