the hospitallity of the people working there, their general kindness and their warm smile. we were totally pleased with what the hotel had to offer. the privat little beach and the area to relax facing the lake of iseo is so mindblowing, also with the hills just behind. at the restaurant we had lovely dinners. the hotel is well situated and close to everything. alltough we didn t use the great swimming pool, it is lovely. we preferred to swim in the lake. we certainly go back when we are in the area.... |

quiet location (no noice at all), very nice staff, good breakfast, nice swimming pool, gratis internet access hotel is not directly situated along the lake, just the swimming pool is ; so you have to cross the street or go through a tunnel to go to the pool which closes early and you don't have any view on the lake in the hotel himself. |

The swimming pool / beach facility is outstanding. Staff was helpful and courteous. Rooms were very modern and comfortable Air conditioning system is too damn complicated ;-) |

Die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Hotelcrew. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel überhaupt war sehr angenehm. (Kein grosser Gästeandrang mehr infolge Beginn der Nebensaison.) Ein fast allnächtliches und langandauerndes Hundegebell auf einer angrenzenden Liegenschaft! (Soll nicht als Beschwerde sondern lediglich als Hinweis angesehen werden. Vom Hotelpersonal kann ja niemand etwas dafür, dass nächtelang der Nachbarshund bellt.) |

La possibilità di avere a disposizione tante proposte nella stessa lacation ( spa, discoteca, piscina e grande parco...) Nella camera alcune lampadine erano rotte e al nostro arrivo mancavano gli asciugamani nel bagno. |

Freundliches Personal, freundlich, zuvorkommend. Das Essen war gut. Zimmer sauber, gute Betten. Für Kurzaufenthalt gut. Unser erster Tag war der Saisonschluss, Strand und Teile des Wellnesbereichs waren geschlossen! Keiner wusste was tun bei Feureralarm !! |

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Der Pool und die Liegewiese sind beide sehr groß. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht alles ordentlich zu halten. Obwohl das Hotel an der Straße liegt ist vom Autolärm nichts zu merken. Der See ist durch einen kurzen unterirdischen Tunnel zu erreichen - sehr angenehm, dass man sich um den Verkehr keine Sorgen zu machen braucht. |

Hôtel très bien situé, au bord du lac d'Iséo, calme, agréable. Le personnel est disponible et serviable, il connaît bien la région. Les chambres sont suffisamment grandes. Dans la salle de bain, la douche est légèrement étroite. |

die Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr nett und freundlich, haben "schadensbegrenzung"betrieben und das beste draus gemacht . wo waren da die 4 sterne -? Max.1 stern verdient. Zimmer nicht sauber,bad "relativ" sauber,Pool zwar groß aber dreck am boden . Am 2ten Tag lag´ ich nur kurz auf dem Bett, auf der Tagesdecke.Es ging ganz schnell bis mich etwas juckte -binnen 2 min hatte ich 3 bisse an der Wade, 2 an Schulter. Nachdem wir die Decke zur Rezeption gebracht hatten ,wurde sich ganz freundlich entschuldigt- das war alles! Der Pool war wohl das Stadtschwimmbad ,eingezäunt, man muß durch eine Unterführung vom Hotel aus hin . |

la categoria 4 stelle non si aattaglia a questo hotel (tutte e camere senza balcone, nessun collegamento con il paese più vicino -oltre 3 km - manca un servizio di biciclette nonostante la presenza di piste ciclabili, colazione scarsa e non varia (buffet praticamente insistente), ristorante apprezzabile ma servizio lentissimo (2 - 3 oe per un primo e secondo) |

Gentilezza personale e comfort camera Piscina fatiscente e non privata, bensì pubblica. L'idromassaggio era pubblico con tutti gli svantaggi. Colazione scarsissima, paragonabile ad una pensione 2 stelle. |
