The air conditiong worked pretty well. Very friendly staff. The room smelled musty and the tv wasn't great but it was our last night in Rome and wanted room near airport. |

Excellent location, fabulous breakfast The bathroom reeked of smoke, probably embedded in the filter of the bathroom fan. Upon request, they sprayed the bedroom to eliminate the odor. The air conditioner did not work!! The room was stale and stuffy all night long. |

The hotel is very easy to find. Close to the next beach and staff was very helfpul in giving directions. Good size of room and bath for a quad room. AC was very effective and necessary in July. Parking on site and included in price. While the hotel is only 15 minutes by car from Fiumicino airport avoid taking a taxi as it's outside the regular zone and will cost you 50 Euro per trip. Shuttle is available from the hotel but not for early flights. |

The hotel has a kind of old style feeling, but, the rooms are clean and the stuff are very nice and willing to help (to exclude the guard who welcome us at the arrival day, maybe he wasn't in a good mood at 3 AM :-)). A light buffet breakfast served in the morning with a variety of cakes (didn't like any of them), bread, cheese, jams, 2 kinds of cornflakes and coffee selection. The hotel keeps our passports. I prefer to give my visa card as a guarantee. |

The staff were very welcoming and the room was fine. The breakfast we had was one of the best we've ever had in a hotel in italy with very friendly and attentive staff and the pizzeria across the road recommended for our evening meal was great - lots of local colour!Altogether a relaxing end to our holiday in Italy. |

hard to get to by taxi. A complete waste of funds and a day website misleading as it is very expensive to get there and then there is nothing there. Also it is under the planes landing and next to train tracks. Forget sleep |

il parcheggio privato, buona la colazione, vicino a roma ( 30 km.) manca il minibar in camera, lo sciacquone del wc guasto e continuava a perdere. |
