First time in Rome and felt I made a great choice in choosing this hotel. Hotel very clean, had an elevator that worked, extremely helpful staff, great choices for breakfast and beautifully displayed. Grocery store very close. Large common room with two computers and free internet. Might be difficult for disabled as the main entrance is on a cobblestone street....other than that would recommend hotel and certainly stay there when I return to Rome.

Great Great Great hotel , Great location , great price , great staff specially the front desk man Gabriel and the bellboy Francesco , they make you feel like that you are welcome any time and you are at home , no body ask about visa card or a deposite at check in , small hotel but it is the greatest that I've seen , I recommend it to every one who likes to go to rome , and I will book it again and again .

- We asked for a high floor room cause of reviews we heard of noisy streets. Turned out our hotel is in an alley with no restaurants, which was very good. - we also asked for a room with very good wifi service. Room 420 had the whole 4th floor router device in it. So we recommend this room for everyone. - breakfast was very nice: personalized service and continuous replenishing of the buffet (maybe because it was off-season). - in general, nice staff. - location is excellent: few steps form via del corso, and close to spanish steps, relativelay close to trevi fountain and pantheon. We could hear everything that was going on in the bathroom of our 418 neighbouring room (very thin wall). Also the door of this room was squeezing and was jammed to the floor every time it openned and closed. Wondered how come the maid did not tell technicians about it. Although our room was a uperior one (not basic), the space was a bit small

The best advantage of the hotel is its location. I do not like the awaiting for a place to sit during the breakfast.

There were horrible odors coming out of the bathroom toilets in room 404. We had to keep the bathroom door closed or stuff towels in the bidet to keep the odors to a minumum. This was very unpleasant.

Location excellent. Our room was quiet being on an internal courtyard and the Piazza Del Popolo, metro station and a wide range of restaurants were all about ten minutes away. We had lovely walks down towards Piazza Venezia and beyond - much of what we wanted to see was within walking distance. Smart shopping district and antique shops also well within strolling distance. Facilities to make hot drinks in the room very welcome. The room did not feel quite comfortable enough for the price - though this may just be the standard in Rome as it was similar to the room we had in another hotel last time. But we felt the room could have been a little larger. We also found the beds uncomfortably hard - though this happens to us a lot abroad. The shower in the small internal bathroom was also basic.

Excellent location for seeing all the most interesting parts of Rome. Walkable to most sites and many excellent places to dine. It is located in the heart of shopping as well. Staff very helpful. Excellent roof garden, breakfast and wonderful common areas to sit and relax.Rooms were a good size and individual control of ac. We would prefer a walk in shower as opposed to tub\ hand held unit. Too awkward.

The hotel is conveniently located and has a beautiful rooftop terrace bar. Although hotel rooms in Europe are typically small, our room was not big enough for two people and the shower (no tub) was not large enough for use by an adult.

Lovely hotel in a great location, just a few min walk from the Spanish steps. Our room was large, with Alessi kettle for tea and a nice bathroom. There was a jacuzzi shower as well - amazing after 9 hours walking around town! Staff was helpful, printed out maps for us and explained how to get places. Just one thing though: don't take their advice on where to go for dinner, we did and it was awful, tasteless food and very overpriced. Everything else was absolutely wonderful.

Location, location, location... It was very easy to access all the shopping of downtown Roma, plus the Collesium is right right down the road. The breakfast buffet was really good - lots of variety in its menu. The dining and sitting areas were nice to hang in - very comfortable. The shower - look, I understand that the bathroom can't be changed, but this ultra-small shower really needs a glass enclosure to keep the water inside the shower, and not running all over the floor. I had to mop up water that had run from the bathroom to the beds - their flimsy shower curtain would not hold back the water. If they want to replace trim, and deal with potential mold, well, okay, but you would think a gram of prevention would save a kilogram of repairs.

My room was large, illuminated, silent and beautiful. The same for the bathroom, it was very clean and relaxing! Wednesday evening (23-11), me and my employer agreed with the person behind the desk, that my employer would come and pay the day after. When I was checking out the day after (24-11), another person who worked behind the desk insisted that I could not leave without paying (even if I was leaving my luggage there). This means that there had not been good communication between the employers behind the desk. Fortunately, my employer was able to come immediately and resolved the problem.

The Hotel was in a great location, very central for all the wonderful tourist attractions and surrounded by lovely shops in the heart of the City. The Spanish Steps was within a 5 minute walk and all other main sites within easy walking distance. The hotel was of good standard with typical Italian decor and furnishings, helpful staff and nice breakfast, exactly what you would want for a City break. Our room was very comfortable, nicely decorated, clean and had a spacious shower room. Located on the fifth floor, we were next to the roof garden terrace which had lovely views over the City. Weather was wonderful for November and Rome was the perfect city break.

Beautiful view from the seaside rooms with huge terraces. The dining room also had spectacular views. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Rooms on the road side were very noisy, all night long. Internet connection was weak.

Hotel staff was exrtremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent especially capuccini in the mornings. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The location was central and there was a cafe nearby which was very helpful. I did not like the shower as the space was very very small-how can an overweight person take a shower in such a small place. If the hotel manager can take a shower in that small area, s/he would know what I mean. In addition, everytime I took a shower, the shower curtain got glued to my body which was extremely unhygenic!!!!!

Very central location in a side street to Via del Corso, in the central part of Rome near all attractions and shopping area. Has stayed at this hotel several times on earlier visits to Rome. Breakfast is good. Reasonable priced hotel.
