Great Great Great hotel , Great location , great price , great staff specially the front desk man Gabriel and the bellboy Francesco , they make you feel like that you are welcome any time and you are at home , no body ask about visa card or a deposite at check in , small hotel but it is the greatest that I've seen , I recommend it to every one who likes to go to rome , and I will book it again and again .

First time in Rome and felt I made a great choice in choosing this hotel. Hotel very clean, had an elevator that worked, extremely helpful staff, great choices for breakfast and beautifully displayed. Grocery store very close. Large common room with two computers and free internet. Might be difficult for disabled as the main entrance is on a cobblestone street....other than that would recommend hotel and certainly stay there when I return to Rome.

We liked this hotel. The location is perfect for sightseeing, shopping and dining. We stayed in the Vivaldi suites round the corner from the central reception. The bedroom was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom was equally spacious with all new, modern fixtures and fittings. Breakfast (great breakfast buffet!) is the only meal served by the hotel but there are dozens of places to eat in the immediate vicinity so this is no problem. The staff were courteous and helpful. Free WiFi also a plus. Major shopping thoroughfare right outside the door. Highly recommended.

Location, Location, Location. The room was very nice although a bit pricey (location). Beautiful bar/terrace on the roof (Photo Op). They also have an ironing room which we did not know about, but would have been nice to know since Rome and Wrinkles don't go good together. Overall, super. My wife said the hair dryer was not fit to dry a mouse.

Very courteous staff. Confortable accomodations: Spacious rooms and functional bathrooms. Lovely breakfast buffet: a very wide variety of choices were available including fresh fruit, even if scrambled eggs were not. This is probably because facility does not operate a full commercial kitchen. Free hi-quality wifi connections throughout the facility. Fantastic down-town location. I will definitely be back.

The staff were helpful and friendly. We had a superior room which had plenty of space and was spotlessly clean. The only fault with the room was a lack of natural light - there was a shutter on the outside which could only be opened if we had the window open. There was a good selection at breakfast and although we were always there at the busiest time, the staff kept everything replenished. The free WiFi was handy and we were able to do our return check-in on-line on one of the computers in the lounge. The location was good - in the narrow streets north of the Spanish steps and we always felt safe walking around at night.

The check in personal was very friendly and helpful. The look of the hotel was quaint and very clean. The room was small but clean. The temperature in the room was hard to monitor and it was extremely noisey all hours of the night. Our room was located on the second floor facing an alley way. Being able to use your curling iron was a chore because of the electrical set up even when using a electrical converter. Getting ice for your room was a joke. I will check out a different location if I travel to Rome again.

Room was very small, air conditioning was noisy and didn't work very well. There was a bad smell in the bathroom. The bed was really hard. For the price we paid I expected better quality.

The Hotel is great and the staff is very nice and helpful. Also the attractions are great around the hotel. Nice little restaurants around with great food. Most everything in and around is walking distance. Even from the Coliseum is a 20-30 minute walk. Rome is a nice city full of beautiful things, just be careful to leave all your valuables in the safe. Enjoy the Hotel and the ruff top is great. Cheers. The Breakfast is great but the sitting room is small so don't be late.

Staff friendly, polite & very helpful. Breakfast was busy, but fresh supplies were continuously brought in - nice atmosphere. Lovely ambience generally - felt like it was Italy as opposed to an international hotel that are the same in every country.

Just as we hoped it would be. But never want a room on the front again. Too noisy! How do I book specific quiet rooms on the net?

Friendly breakfast staff. Good location. For a superior room, very dark and gloomy due to wall blocking light from window. Very noisy on stairs at night. Indifference of receptionist upon arrival.

Great location walking distance to all major sites including Vatican city. Located on main street Via Del Corso with lots of shops and pedestrian traffic, easy to find. Clean comfortable decent size room and bathroom. Staff was very helpful and spoke English. Had some issues with Wifi. Staff was helpful in getting on-line boarding passes for airline.
