The historic Grand Hotel Plaza has been featured in many movies. Set on Rome’s popular shopping street, Via del Corso, it has large elegant rooms with high ceilings and marble bathrooms.

Hotel Condotti is a small and cozy boutique hotel, on a peaceful, typical street of Rome's historic center. It is just around the corner from the famous Spanish Steps.

This is our second visit to the Mozart having stayed there seven years ago. We will return when we are back in Rome. Good location. Helpful staff. Very smooth operation. Rooms are small but comfortable. Rooftop bar is wonderful at dusk.
1. Taxi access is tricky. Advise if arriving or departure by air use the limousine service the hotel offers. Otherwise you may end up hauling your luggage a couple blocks. 2. The bathrooms can be uncomfortably small. 3. Wifi is okay but sometimes very slow
Great location, rooms adequate, good breakfast, beautiful terrace
Rooms facing Via Del Corso very noisy so request back room
Tiny bed, very old pillows. Staff at the bar on the roof garden unfriendly, arrogant. Lift not working properly.
Location, roof garden. Breakfast
Nothing significant. No lift to part of 4th floor wasa slight downside.
Very helpful staff. Good location, clean, up-to-date, Wi-Fi, nice breakfast, and very professional helpful staff.
The tile floors in the hallway radiated noise from people walking and especially when pulling suitcases. FYI - to get to our room we had to take one elevator from the lobby, then walk to another elevator to our floor.
Location was superb and nothing was too much trouble for the staff in helping you
Air conditioning was set so the room was either too hot or too cold - minor point
Right near the Spanish Steps and walking to everything. Nice staff and wonderful small roof top for drinks and dining. Staffed by Roseanna, very nice. Helpful in arranging a car to and from the airport. Good value.
We liked everything!
The location was perfect, they send a driver to pick us up at the aeroport and also to take us to the port to our cruise ship. The brekfast buffet is excellent. The people are very nice. Me and my friend enjoyed very much our stay in the hotel Mozart.
Coming back from the cruise the rate was much higher than 12 days before , I don't know the reason
The quality and variety of the breakfasts. The helpfulness and knowledge of the reception staff
The 'drain smell' in the bathroom The bar in the lounge was never staffed.
Very nicely decorated with antique furniture creating a feeling that you really are in "Rome". Great location, near to Spanish steps and many other landmark places, also in the middle of shopping paradise. Clean, neat place. Staff friendly. Could be a great three star hotel.
A typical problem with many Italian four star hotels: facilities are not built for a four star. Thin walls, tiny rooms (we had one of the largest but still small). Biggest problem is the small breakfast facility for so many rooms. It is understaffed, lines every day, wait to get in, wait for tables getting cleaned. Staff just unable to catch up. "Roofgarden" is basically a small roof terrace with a bar.
Location - walking distance to many of Rome´s attraction. The single room is small but quite nice, looks actually better than in the photos. Very clean. The rooftop terrace offers great views of the area. Good choices for breakfast but you need to arrive early as it gets crowded after 9 am. Friendly personnel. Fast wireless connection.
It is true that the noise from the street can be heard in the room, even on the top floor. This problem could be solved with double glazed windows. The shower area is really tiny. If you are obese you probably will not be able to even enter on it. It is expensive, but this is Rome.
Location, roof terrace, friendly staff
Convenience. Could walk to most places
great breakfast, location close to every attraction
We stayed at the apartments about a minutes walk from the main hotel. They were comfortable, clean and stylish. During the week when you open the windows you can hear the wonderful atmosphere of Rome and the music shop below. This is during the day so will not disturb your sleep.
I can't say there was anything to dislike, the room we stayed in didn't let a lot of light in even though it had 2 windows. It didn't bother me but some may not like it. Perhaps a higher floor or rooms on the other side are lighter.
An excellent location near the Spainish steps in quiet side street but close enough to everything to be able to walk.
Rooftop terrace was stunning but the service was slow and indifferent. Location, just a few blocks off Piazza Popolo and on Via Del Corso was good but had a lot of street noise, ask for a room off the street. Access was limited to walking only on the weekends which made getting the luggage a bit tiresome. (probably I over packed). Some desk persons were good while at least one was very abrupt and not at all helpful. Jeffrey the bellman was excellent and had very good American English skills. The morning buffet was good and abundant, however.
The room was adequate but had many holes in the wall where something had been attached then removed and not repaired. The curtain was falling off the wall and looked very shabby. It was repaired on the 3rd day of our 4 day stay but again leaving another quarter sized hole in the wall not filled or painted. In general it was just very worn looking and not worth the premium price charged. The breakfast room was adequate but a bit small. They also ran out of coffee and were not to anxious to replenish it. Again... just not worth the price! Would not recommend as there are other much better Hotels at this price point.
The best quality of the hotel is the situation and the amability of the workers.
The noise, the bedroom very little and I have asked to wake me up to take a flight and they haven´t done it.
Excellent location at Via del Corso, with walking distance to all major attractions. Very good breakfast.
Location, location, location in central Rome, close to some great restaurants and gelato outlets & cafes. Easy walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish steps etc. Great clothes and accessory shops virtually outside the hotels front door.
Location Great Breakfast options Espresso/Cap included at breakfast Breakfast service Rooftop terrace
spacious room, staff knowledgeable, rooftop restaurant open till late.
lift a bit slow and and shaky
Location, roof terrace, friendly staff, very good breakfast.
The hotel was convenient to everything we wanted to see, loved the roof top terrace, staff were very friendly and accommodating, even the wildlife was friendly (Gecko's).We were so comfortable, we stayed at the Vivaldi, our room was large and well furnished, the hotel had came highly recommended to us and we will now recommend it to anyone heading to Italy for a holiday. First Class .Will certainly book again if we ever go back to Rome. Eric Alaru Brisbane , Aust.
Only having one night stay, would have liked to stay longer .....and the Trevi was under refurbishment which is not the hotels fault.............
