Location is wonderful and staff very nice and polite!
The location was great, very cosy atmosphere, breakfast was good
Very good location, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The hotel lobby is quite small but there are several public places such as the sitting room on the 2nd floor and the terrace on the 5th floor with sweeping views of the city. Great find and so glad i booked at the Hotel Mozart!
Location was great, breakfast was good, lots of fresh fruit, staff were helpful, reasonably clean
Cappuccino was sometimes cold, room was noisy next to street
The location is perfect and hotel mozart has all you could want in a hotel
The central situation: via del Corso, Pza Popolo, Pza Spania... Efficient and pleasant staff. Facilities available in the hotel.
Service, food and location
Our room was not as spacious as last time we stayed.
Location and breakfast.
Room to small.
Everything. Staff very helpfull. Warm and polite welcome. Beautiful location.
Unreliable WiFi and phone connection... may be exceptional that day.
Location & nice size room & bathroom. Also free Wifi in room.
Bland boring repetative breakfast. Some staff A little abrupt. Tried charging us for use of mini bar on check out which we hadn't used. Hotel bar expensive and only charge to room your not allowed to pay cash.
perfect location for walking in Rome.
Location near the spanish steps. Clean, fresh and comfortable. Beautifully decorated.
They should promote Rome shuttle bus as a 20 euro option to the airport.
Location was fantastic for sight seeing, roof terrace was lovely. Breakfast was really good and staff very friendly and helpful
Being in a city the noise from the room was loud especially very early morning with road sweepers and bin wagons
More or less everything else, mostly location and staff. Lady as the desk was particularly helpful.
Wifi was not consistently available. room smallish

Location Friendly staff
The smell from the toilet. The only way to be in the room is to open the window in the bathroom. Noisy. Bad luck if the neighbouhrs are loud.
Location was very convenient for walking and taking the metro. We got bumped up to the luxury suites, the room was spacious and quiet.
Breakfast lacked a little variety.
First time in Rome so not much experience with the hotels but if this is 4 stars then I cant imagine what 2 stars hotels are like. Mozart is very small and very very basic.
Excellent & safe location, clean and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast too, with enough varieties for us to go round during our 4 day stay. Helped by very efficient wait staff.
For some reasons, taxis would not drive right up to the hotel entrance along the narrow lane. We were left on the main street, and had to lug our heavy suitcases some distance away. Not any fault of the hotel though. Had to reconnect the wifi every now and then but it worked well.
Location, staff, and ambience
The bed...not good too hard and nosiy if your room backs up to via del corso.
Deliciuos breakfast, great location, friendly and helpful staff
The room next to the bar was less than sound-proof and lacked window (but had doors opening out on a terrace). Intermittent wifi problems.
Excellent location - could walk everywhere in Rome, beautiful roof top garden, free breakfast with wide variety of items, value for the money, friendly staff, nice car service to airport, room was clean and attractive. I would recommend the hotel to friends and would stay here again if I came back to Rome.
Drain in shower smelled a little funny - staff tried to take care of it but the best solution was covering the drain with a wet towel when not in use. Wifi was free but not always dependable in our room.
Perfect location, good value of money
The front desk was very helpful when my wallet was stolen. They rang visa straight away.
Location is great! Hospitable staff
Rooms are so small ( even double)that either you can open the closet or get to the bathroom.Floors are marble, which is usual in Rome and it is good in summer, but in November, when not drown, you may catch cold like me. And if the window of your room faces the street via del Grecci, forget about sleep, but you'll learn all the logistics surrounding area restaurants and intimate details of life going on around and that is very authentic. But that is what you came for?
