Great location, good staff, comfortably sized rooms/bathroom. The bathtub had no real barrier so the entire bathroom would turn into a pond. Could use a better breakfast. |

The bed was large, with one single mattress, not two twins pushed together. The bathroom was remodeled with a large sized tub and sink area. Breakfast was not good. The coffee wasn't even fresh but from an instant machine instead. There was one variety of cereal (corn flakes), a basket of rolls, and a few meats and cheeses. There was no fruit. The juice was also from the machine, and terrible. |

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Florence (about 50m from the Duomo). |

It was very central for sight seeing around Florence. one member of staff was a little angry at being asked for the room key |

The locationwas very good, could walk to everywhere, however florence is small so most hotels offer this. The room was tiny, the breakfast was terrible, the reception staff were obnoxiously rude. |

la posizione è meravigliosa, a letteralmente due passi dal duomo e da piazza della signoria, nella zona dello shopping e dei ristoranti lo staff non è stato molto attento ai bisogni dei clienti e soprattutto non era informato sulle varie possibilità di spostamento o di escursione |
