Excellente situation, bon accueil. Rien a redire.

la rue était en travaux il y avait des mauvaises odeurs à l'extérieur l'ascenseur est petit et vétuste pas de parking

J'ai trouvé cet hôtel d'un bon rapport qualité prix, avec un personnel très accueillant et idéalement placé pour la visite de florence.

Sa situation géographique proche du Duomo et dans le centre historique

Clim en panne et le bruit le soir dû à la proximité du glacier GROM'S très populaire jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Etre débité du montant total dès la résevation.

Personnel accueillant et décoration stylée. Situation géographique, vraiment très proche de la place du Dôme.

Confort des lits assez moyen et salle de bain petite avec une baignoir vétuste.

Nous avons été déplacé dans un appart-hotel à la place de la république, donc je ne peux pas faire de commentaire sur les chambres même de l'hôtel...

Perfect location - 1 block to Florence's duomo the city's most iconic landmark & walking distance to many others, great restaurants and shopping. The hotel, staff & breakfast were were just fine. We recommend it.

More or less everything we liked. Mainly the location was excellent just adjacent to Deumo..everything we wanted to see was within walking distance so we had great two days in Florence.........Breakfast was good. Bathroom was quite clean, which was a big plus for us.

size of our room, it was very small....but I think it was expected since it is in old town area.

Out dated room

First of all - the location - right in the heart of Firenze, 20 meters from the Duomo. You just walk out of the hotel and face Santa Maria del Fiore. Everything is neat and clan, the staff is ready to help.

Wifi costs 5 Eur per hour. This is a real shame these days, when you get it for free on each and every corner. Luckily I bought a local sim card and had 3g on my smart phone, having no need in such a "service" of this hotel.

The position.

difficult to acces the center. But this is a common problem for all the hotels in florence center.

The location was perfect. You walked out of the hotel door and you could see the Duomo. The bells were very impressive but not intrusive. It was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money; clean, basic and very central. A good place to collapse at the end of the day. Easy walking distance for all the sights.

The coffee at breakfast was disappointing for Italy. A cup of Italian coffee is a good way to start the day but the coffee from the machine was not nice. The juice, again from a machine, was also poor.

Good location in the heart of Florence.

Not good visible entrance. Problems with private garage. Hotel has agreement with one garage but when you put car here, in the center, thay a driving car somewhere so far from here. You cant take nothing from your own car, even for the price of 26 e per day. I need ambrella from car, but nobady was not able to tell me where are my car to take ambrella.

The smell in the room was not good.

The location was fabulous and we had a view of the Duomo from our bedroom. The standard of service and quality of the room was excellent. We would visit this hotel again as it was so central and so accessible to all the important sights. We would recommend this hotel to friends and other tourists.

The staff wasent helpfull at all. The girl that checked us in at night didnt even knew english and made us feel bad about no speaking italian. The manager was very rude and gave us the feeling that he doesnt care about us.

Perfect location, just 40 m from Duomo

The facilities were excellent and the location just a street or two away from the cathedral can't be beat. You are centtral to everything. It was clean and the breakfast was fine. It is a great value for your money. No complaints.
