Bedroom and Bathroom very clean Great location
The check in process very slow took so much time Small breakfast room Poor breakfast for the price paid
There was free internet only for one hour but seemed to expire pretty fast then we have to pay.
Close to center, Duomo Found us another one of their locations when we decided to stay longer, very polite and spoke different languages, breakfast good.
Great location. You get there everything you need without bells and whistles.
No wifi (only if you pay)-in 2014, how is this possible?
The friendly staff were most obliging. Central location. Value for money. Great selection for breakfast too. Rooms well appointed with modern bathroom. Would stay here again.
The little lift and neon sign which flickers. Both could be improved upon.
The size of the room and the age of the furniture and the facilities .
This hotel was centally located to everything you want to see in Florence. I think it was the closest hotel to the Dome that I know of and it was walking distance to litterally everything you would want to see in Florence.
The only thing we weren't impressed with was the small breakfast area and very limited selection of breakfast items to choose from. But becaue of the location, I would stay there again.
Great central location! We had a window overlooking the street and duomo. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast spread every morning.
Reception is on the second floor and rooms are above that so we tackled many flights of stairs on our 3 night stay.
The room was lovely and we had a view down a lane right to the big cathedral. Central location close to just about everywhere.
Had to pay for wifi. No bar fridge... and I do like a cold beer after sightseeing. Breakfast layout was like a rugby scrum. Everyone trying to get into limited space to reach bread, coffee, juice and the toast machine.
The location of the hotel was excellent. It was right next to the Duomo and very close to the museums. The staff was okay, but they spoke in good english.
The elevator was really cramped. It had space for only 1 person with luggage. The breakfast was really disappointing. The house-keeping staff took away our personal wine glasses. However, they returned it when we asked for it. The air conditioner was not effective at all and wi-fi was chargeable.
Location is good Staff are very friendly
Funny smell in the hotel. So weird that i can't tell what the smell is. Facilities are old. Not very comfortable. One hour free wifi. I would rather not have the breakfast included in the price but I want wifi.
Excellent hotel right in the centre of town and a minutes walk from the Duomo and very close to the museums. Staff were lovely and spoke excellent English. They also had a parking arrangement with a local garage who for a reasonable fee would collect the car, store it safely locally and re deliver it to the hotel within 30 mins on request. Really enjoyed the stay. Would highly recommend.
Only downside was having to pay for wifi Internet after the first hour.
No free wifi.
Fantastic location and good value
Breakfast was adequate but really cramped and crowded at the buffet
Location Cleanliness Friendly staff
An elderly lady member of the staff who was present at breakfast and was rather rough with guests.
The hotel is very close to the cathedral. The staff are very kind and the breakfast is good.
Sounds of the cathedral's bell were a little noisy, but there was no problem with my sleep.
the location, breakfast was very nice and the room very nice and clean as well. The bed was a plus since it wasn't too soft, it was just right.
Right next to the duomo and an amazing gelato shop! If you want a room with a view, ask for 305, it looks straight out at the duomo.
Breakfast was quite basic but they did serve English breakfast tea!
Helpfull the reception desk boys and the girls.
no quite at night rooms in front side are terrible during the night.
Location just perfect.
The fact that the hotel management offered no alternative (no discussion actually) in solving a check - in mistake (one day before actual reservation) and charged 3 nights for a 2-night stay. A discussion or a small discount would be much appreciated.
Great as a base to explore Florence
WIFI expensive, cheaper to use 3G
The hotel is located close to the Duomo.
Internet is expensive. Water was poured into the sink bad.
The location of the hotel was so convenient that you could move to the sightseeings easily. Even if you stayed out until midnight you could go to the hotel without bearing in mind that somebody might scare you.
The breakfast did not have variety. That means that it could have either eggs or fruits in the morning. It was really poor.
Location Staff Value for money
