Excellent, friendly, helpful and accomodating staff. Great location in the centre of Florence, with easy access to all places of interest. I have no complaints about the hotel, although think the Buffet Breakfast could have been a little more expansive.

A perfect and romantic location for my wife and I. We were so impressed last year that we returned for our next visit. This trip we were fortunate to have a cozy room with a phenomenal view of the Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore (Duomo), only two short blocks away from the hotel entrance. Even if you are a light sleeper, closing the widow and shutters does a very effective job of muting the cathedral bells to a whisper. Although rated as a three star, we intend to stay here every time we vacation in Firenze. We don't require an overabundance of space and are more interested in exploring the historic area of the city than we are in exercise rooms or spas. For us, there is no better location. The staff is incredibly courteous, helpful and knowledgable; excellent recommendations for dining within walking distance.

Excellent location. You can walk everywhere, with very good restaurants nearby Just difficult to find at first,hidden away in a quiet little street.

The location was excellent, very close to the Duomo in the centre of town and also close to shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were fantastic - incredibly helpful and extremely friendly. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It's difficult to find a criticisim, but if I had to list one it would be that the facilities are a little old. The room was very clean though.

Nice hotel. Perfect location, in the midddle of everything. Room was big enough and clean. For breakfast yogurt, salami, ham and cheese, some bread and croissants. Bad coffe on breakfast

The hotel staff was English speaking and very helpful. The room was a big bigger than I expected for a European hotel room. It was cleaned every day and the bathroom was restocked. The location was amazing, one block from the Duomo.

прекрасное соотношение цена-качество, приветливый и внимательный персонал, и самое главное - он расположен в историческом центре в шаге от любой достопримечательности. кстати, в номерах ванна, хотя в итальянских отелях ванна обычно бывает в 5 * или 4*

Soprattutto la posizione per il resto un po scadente bruttino l'accesso, ascensore ,,accesso camere , nel complesso positiva la stanza schifosa la colazione !!!!

Greart location מיקום מעולה, 50 מטר מהדואומו, האופיצי 500 מטר ושאר שכיות החמדה של העיר. חדר נקי, מאובזר בצורה מספקת, ארוחת בוקר נחמדה, 3 כוכבים אמיתי. ממש במיקום מרכזי לגשת לכל חלקי העיר בצורה טובה. תבקשו מראש בהזמנה חדר עם חלון לדואומו. נחמד מאוד.

Sin duda lo mejor que tiene este hotel es la ubicación que es a solo 1 cuadra del Duomo en pleno centro del casco histórico. Hay olor como a encerrado en las habitaciones. Está algo venido abajo en la decoración. El desayuno está bien pero eviten la maquina de jugos que es asquerosa. El principal dato que deben tener en cuenta es que es casi imposible llegar hasta el hotel si vienen con auto. Las calles son muy estrechas y están siempre repletas de gente. Si van en auto llamen antes al hotel y pregunten bien los estacionamientos que tienen acuerdo y vayan directo ahí para evitarse el nerviosismo que pasamos nosotros de estar deambulando por calles centricas con el auto rodeado de gente.

la posizione Un restauro interno (pavimenti intonaci ed infissi)+ cambio arredi pessima la via antistante sporca e tombini intasati, odori nauseabondi. La tassa di soggiorno dovrebbe servire a miglirare anche questi aspetti a sevizio dei visitatori della città.
