We reserved a room for 4 nights and at the check in they offered us an apartment 4 stars located in front of the republic plaza for the same price. The apartment was ok and there was plenty of space. Two floors and kitchen.

The apartment didn't have any heating and the nights were cold. We had to walk 5 minutes for breakfast to the mail hotel. The maid had to clean the room latest till 11 o'clock everyday. Very uncomfortable if you are a long sleeper and want just to relax. The breakfast is basic OK for 3 stars.

Excelent hotel!!! The staff was lovely, the breakfast amazing, and the most clean bathroom I've ever seen!!!! Location was another tumbs up!!! Definetely would recommend!!!! Car parking very close!!!

The hotel was located in the heart of Florence and was near all of the major tourist attractions. It was clean and the staff was friendly and responsive. I would probably go back again.

The only complaint we had was how noisy it was in the streets of Florence at all hours...which is not really the fault of the hotel. It is near a heavily trafficked tourist area and was very noisy all night. (Our room faced the street)

The location was convenient for everything I wanted to do. I try to stay in a different part of the city each time I'm in Florence by myself. My room opened onto the courtyard, so there was no street noise despite the location in the absolute heart of things. Room and bathroom size were both better than expected. The breakfast room was well laid out, with the food typical of the offering of any three star hotel.

WiFi was rather tentative. The computer in the lobby had definitely seen better days. Hard-boiled eggs at the breakfast buffet would help people with dietary restrictions. I'm gluten-allergic, and don't digest either pork or dairy products, so juice and coffee were what I consumed. The rest of the breakfast food I brought in myself.

Excellent location. You can walk everywhere, with very good restaurants nearby

Just difficult to find at first,hidden away in a quiet little street.

The location was excellent, very close to the Duomo in the centre of town and also close to shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were fantastic - incredibly helpful and extremely friendly. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It's difficult to find a criticisim, but if I had to list one it would be that the facilities are a little old. The room was very clean though.

Amplasat excelent , dar fara parcare . Personal dragut .

Pessima colazione!

Una excelente ubicación a tan solo unos pasos de la maravillosa iglesia Santa María de la Flor. Fácil de encontrar y de llegar desde la estación del tren. Buena atención y buen desayuno. Punto estratégico para movilizarse en Florencia.

l'emplacement idéale au pied de la cathedrale et reellement dans le centre historique. pas besoin de transport tout peut se faire a pied dans les 10mn tranquille le restaurant que nous ont indiqué l'hotel a 5mn de là formidable et tres raisonnable en prix .pas d'attrape touristes d'ailleurs la file d'attente dehors en dit long cela a été notre cantine durant les 4 jours donc arriver a 19H heure d'ouverture

la chambre tres viellotte et désuette pour un 3étoilea part un lit meme pas 2 table de nuit, le petit déjeuner que dire moi qui avez lu des bons commentaires: a surtout éviter le fameux jus de fruit(orange ou ananas)j'ai fini par me prendre les rares oranges dans la corbeille à fruits pour me les presserle fameux plateau de jambon fromage=vulguere épaule et fromage café chocolat tout chimique dans une machineet encore pleins d'autre chose donc armez vous de pain de mie pour boucher votre faim et reste le patio qui au soir devient une vrai caisse de raisonnance surtout quand vous etes au 3eme étages obliger de faire le gendarme a plus de 23h et de demander le silence nous qui avons fait plusieurs grandes villes européennes s'est l'hotel qui nous a le plus décu surtout vu le prix qui était aà plus de 250€ pour 3nuits
