Very friendly and helpful staff. Personal greeting at door when not even checked in yet. Easy walking distance to reach center of city. Hotel itself needs some updating. Not ideal for travelers with disabilities, or a lot of luggage, as there are many steps in this villa, although there is an elevator, one still needs to climb a few steps to reach it.

Хорошее местоположение, прекрасный дизайн и общее состояние отеля, хороший завтрак в красивом зале за весьма умеренную цену (25 евро), прекрасные виды из окна. Платный интернет (хоть и недорогой, больше возни с покупкой и активацией ваучеров). Нет халатов. Странное решение для люксового отеля, в номерах которого есть интегрированная турецкая баня.

понравилось все. не понравилось: 1) Отсутствие СПА центра. Хотя в вашей рекламе, booking.com, указано, что там есть сауна и бассейн. 2). Маловато обслуживающего персонала при организации завтраков (шведский стол). Иногда приходится ожидать.

Una total decepción . Siendo un Relais & Chateaux ha sido una experiencia bien triste y sumamente costosa para lo que ofrecen . Pura apariencia externa pero mal atendido y sumamente extravagante el ambiente . Malas vibras . no es recomendable.
