Location, breakfast and history

Stains on the bathroom walls were unacceptable and a little scary.

The treatment we recieved was special. It is a small hotel andyounreallybget the feel of luxury.

I liked the small personal touch of this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well-located, making it possible to walk to all the main attractions and perhaps to head back for a siesta in between. My daughter forgot some things behind and we were quickly contacted in an attempt to return them before we left Italy. I will definitely consider this hotel on a return trip to Italy.

Staff is very nice. Location is quiet.

We rented the presidential suite. However the bathroom's smell was very strong, like sewers. Very unpleasant. I didn't took one bath for that reason during my stay.

このホテルに泊まるのは２度目。元は個人の貴族の館。歴史と美の感じられる小じんまりとした館。無駄な動線- が無く、フロントの係も女性が１人で親切にテキパキと対応され、親近感が湧き、自分の館の様に馴染め、１日- の疲れが癒される。ホテル内でのレストランで３度の食事をしました。ゆっくりと落ち着ついた、心地よい応対- と、美味しい料理。こちらのオーダーに応じて、朝早くから伊勢海老やロブスターを仕入れて下さり、蟹三昧の- 夕食に満足。シェフがレモンなどかけないで、そのままの味で頂いて下さいと話される新鮮さ。日本で蟹を食べ- に遠くまで行く費用の半額で大満足。 観光にも買い物に便利で静かなホテル。又、次回も我が家同然に思えるこの隠れ家的な館に迷う事なく泊まりま- す。格調の高さと品性の感じられる５星である。

湯船の湯が、余り早くは流れなかったが、ものは考えようで、近代的なホテルなら、そう云う欠点があるとフロ- ントに申し出るが、ここは、長い歴史の館である、そう云う事があっても当然と受け入れて、急がす、ゆっくり- と、待っておれば、流れていく。それ位が、欠点と云えば欠点であるが、他の部屋に泊まった知人達、３名のバ- スの流れは順調だったとの事。　一応、ホテルサイドには伝えておいた。他の欠点は見当たらない。

L'accueil très personnalisé et chaleureux.

Bellissima ed elegante casa con un' atmosfera familiare e cordiale. Si può raggiungere nel centro storico ogni luogo di interesse a piedi. Lo consiglio di cuore a tutti e spero di poter tornare presto e provare anche Enoteca Pinchiorri che è nello stesso palazzo.

Великолепные интерьеры, лестницы и залы, номер тоже вполне симпатичный (Junior suit). Очень приветливый, отзывчивый персонал, заказали для нас билеты в Галерею Уфицци и Музей Академии Искусств, посоветовали что посмотреть и места с хорошей кухней. На 1-ом этаже этого же здания ресторан с Мишленовскими звёздами, мы его не разу не посетили, не сложилось, но там дикие цены: паста за 70 и равиоли за 90 евро!

Был в номере один неприятный момент: какое-то странное устройство канализации. Если нажать смыв унитаза в туалете, то в спальне это звучало громко бурлящим водопадом. Также шумно слышалась и работа парогенератора в сауне.

abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ma sufficente per dare una opinione molto positiva di questo hotel. ci è piacuta la disponibilità di tutto il personale ( specialmente Gennaro del ristorante interno Guelfi e Ghibellini; poi il fatto che ci hanno concesso una stanza per il day use fino al pomeriggio senza spese extra. ci siamo sentiti veramente coccolati e sicuramente torneremo in un hotel della catena Baglioni

Ein sehr schönes, gut gelegenes Hotel mit allem, was sich der anspruchsvolle Reisende so vorstellt. Das Santa Croce ist nicht nur ein Hotel, sondern eine kleinere, überschaubare Boutique. Noch schöner: Im Parterre gibt's ein zwar sündhaft teures, aber sagenhaft gutes Restaurant, das zwar nicht zum Hotel gehört, aber wer hat schon Einwände, wenn nach der Mahlzeit nur zwei Trepen höher das Schlafzimmer winkt? Eben.

Keinerlei Einwände!

Conforto, o atendimento personalizado e o cuidado com o hóspede. O Hotel é sensacional, bem localizado num palacete antigo maravilhoso, com um restaurante premiado!

Essentiellement sa situation dans le centre de Florence et lescommodités d'un hotel de luxe en particulier pour le parking impossible à trouver à cet endroit

Le prix exorbitant des chambres ,la mesquinerie de ne pas inclure dans un tel tarif un petit dejeuner- plutôt ordinaire d'ailleurs!et le supplement demandé pour le servir en chambre! Le coté tres moderne un peu impersonnel des chambres qui pourraient se retrouver dans tous les hotels de luxe du monde sans vraie specificité ,on attendait mieux d'un "palais florentin" et surtout d'un "relais et chateaux" .Surtout nous avons eu la sensation d'uneconfusion -peut-être délibérément entretenue?- Entre le restaurant de l'hotel situé au 1er étage et celui du rez-de- chaussee :enoteca internazionale-du signor Pinchiero qui pratique des tarifs sur les vins totalement extravagants -c e qui pour des amateurs de bon vin comme nous a litteralement gache notre soirée et le repas dont nous nous faisions une joie le soir dans la cour intérireure!nous avons eu l'impression d'être pris pour des "pigeons" pour rester dans des termes corrects!Il parait important de demander aux charmantes personnes de l'accueil de bien souligner la difference entre les 2 lieux de restauration de cet hotel!

als er al iets tegenviel dan zou het de prijs zijn, maar die weet je dan ook reeds op voorhand!

Simplemente todo : personal del hotel maravilloso, la arquitectura y decoración del Hotel realmente impecables y bellos. No tengo palabras para felicitarlos e invitarlos a que mantengan a esa tacita de plata en esa forma tan maravillosa en que tuve la suerte de disfrutarla.

No, todo fue perfecto, mejor imposible

La beauté des salons, salles à manger et chambres. La situation porche du centre et au calme. Le personnel très professionnel. Le côté petit hôtel de grand luxe.

Le manque d'une terrasse sur les toits ou d'une cour intérieure pour prendre un verre ou le petit-déjeuner ( Portant il existe une cour mais elle est à l'usage exclusif du restaurant gastronomique annexe à l'hôtel ). La chambre plus petite que décrite sur booking. Après réclamation la direction nous a offert un dîner à l'hôtel ( beau geste ).

Excellent location - doesn't get any better in terms of being able to walk to all the major sights of Florence within 15 minutes. Beautiful old villa - lovely rooms, completely updated. Lots of AC for those hot days. Breakfast NOT included in your room rate (too bad) and restaurant is obscenely expensive so I didn't dine there.

No breakfast buffet or inexpensive breakfast option in hotel, no morning coffee. Restaurant is way too expensive....they need to relax a little in this area.
