From first arrival and warm welcome, to wonderful Tuscan cooking, comfortable rooms and the historic hilltop setting, the experience was as good as I have experienced anywhere. In every respect 100%!

Very nice location with panoramic views of the tuscan landscape. The hotel was good with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. I can recommend the newly opened restaurant in the adjacent building. The pool area was not particularly attractive and the pool could have been cleaner.

A localização é maravilhosa, uma vista de tirar o folego, adoro campo!!! Muito confortavel, comida excelente, o chefe é um amor de pessoa. Fiquei sabendo lá que existe um curso de cucina, se soubesse antes teria me programado para ficar mais tempo e fazer o curso. Precisam divulgar, muitas pessoas como eu curtem participar desses cursos curtos de cucina, é uma delicias aprender a cozinha italiana que é tão rica de sabores. Terei que voltar lá para fazer um desses cursos....

Posto meraviglioso!!! Bellissimo dormire in una vera rocca, lasciata intatta e restaurata mantenendo assolutamente lo stile dell'epoca. Le camere sono spaziosissime e confortevolissime....un vero dispiacere partire!!! Le persone che gestiscono l'hotel sono meravigliose, gentilissime e pronte ad aiutarti e ad accontentarti su ogni tua richiesta....siamo grandi viaggiatori, ma un'accoglienza così eccezionale è veramente raro riceverla!!! Il ristorante nella rocca "Il Celliere" prepara delle colazioni meravigliose, con tutte le torte salate ed i dolci fatti in casa, una vera meraviglia!!! Anche il pranzo e la cena sono una vera delizia per il palato.....sublimi!!!!

- Le lieu : château au milieu des vignes et des collines, vue très étendue - la situation : au milieu du Chianti rendant Sienne, Florence, ... assez accessibles - le personnel discret et efficace - piscine - Pas facile à trouver - pas de climatisation dans les chambres contrairement au descriptif des agences

Recebi um atendimento maravilhoso por parte dos funcionários do hotel, especialmente da Cristina que nos recepcionou com extrema atenção e cordialidade. Tivemos uma estada maravilhosa com todo o conforto. O hotel é lindo e muito bem localizado com um atendimento perfeito. Pretendo voltar e indico a todos pois o custo benefício é compensador. A única consideração é que poderia ter uma conexão wi fi melhor para acesso do quarto.

Beautiful surroundings and an exciting design of the accommodation, very friendly staff, and an ambitious gourmet restaurant. Also an interesting wine cellar and enotek. Really in the countryside with few opportunities. We were missing outdoor furniture for relaxing in the garden and in the pool area.

Great location, great staff - Hilary who went out of her way to assist make our stay pleasant & comfortable including conducting a perosnalised wine tasting & cellar tour. Highy recommend & we will be back.
