Good location, large, nicely decorated rooms. It is NOT a hotel, as was mentioned in your site, but B&B (no lobby and hotel facilities |

Central location - friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious and the host was very friendly and helpful.I am recommending this hotel as we got it at a good price for Florence. The B&B is on the first floor of a building site (as 25/9/2008). It meant we had to carry our luggage up 10-15 steps in a dusty corridor and then take a lift for the remaining. It would not suit anyone with walking/carrying difficulties. |

Iol s'agit d'un B&B. Bon accueil mais ne parlant que l'Italien et qq mots d'anglais.Notre réservation n'était pas parvenu à l'hotel.. |

Il servizio,la tranquiliità e la posizione fantastica,è vicino a tutto.Anche il senso di famigliarità,è un piccolo appartamento non una stanza. |

tutto fantastico: accoglienza,camere eccezionali, ogni cosa è nuovissima se proprio devo trovare qualcosa che non va posso dire che essendo un B&B non in tutti i momenti si ha a disposizione qualcuno alla reception in caso di "problemi", ma comunque non ne abbiamo avuti |

La Camera Matrimoniale Superior prenotata era addirittura superiore alle nostre aspettative, molto ampia, arredamento e finiture di alto livello, climatizzazione perfetta, personale di rara cortesia, ottima colazione, vista su piazza San Firenze e sul complesso omonimo; esci, giri l'angolo e sei in piazza della Signoria, a mio avviso una delle piazze più belle del mondo... cha altro dire Qualche dettaglio come gli asciugamani troppo vecchi per un B&B di questa categoria e l'acqua calda della doccia insufficiente per due persone; altrimenti sarebbe stato da 10 |

die Lage kein Empfang bei Ankunft, nicht einmal ein einfach zugänglicher Kingelknopf; Personal unorganisiert, mit falschem Schlüssel versehen, mußte ich mir nachts lautstark Eintritt verschaffen und das PErsonal durch Klingeln zum Aufschließen bewegen. Internet (WIFI) funktionierte nicht, obwohl angeboten. Baulärm im selben Haus setzte gegen 6.30h der Nachtruhe ein Ende. |
