Very quiet and Near the centre, good design and people very nice
Umberto (owner) and Gita (breakfast) were both so helpful and friendly. The accommodation is excellent, and it is very convenient for the walk to the centre of town - only 5-10 minutes away. There are good bars very near too. Taxi from the airport costs only 13 euro.
Everything was very good!
Everytime I was looking for something, this B&B popped up and I was very skeptical. I finally booked and extremely clean, very modern and very helpful staff. When you need directions, they have a hreat map and indicate clearly on the map where anything and everything is; bus to fair grounds (direct) restaurants, shops, etc.
The shower though very clean is a bit small.
Lovely stay in modern rooms with wifi and quiet location despite being only a short walk from the centre. Near many restaurants and bars in the adjoining road that also offered vegetarian options. Breakfast had a good range of cheeses, cereal, pastries and bread. Staff and owner welcoming and helpful. I would certainly use this again.
We found the location with our map but a slightly larger sign on the front door would be helpful.
clean room, quiet, convenient; with modern bathroom.
the breakfast was delicious, only would like more fruit in the morning!
Location was great, people nice. Very cosy.
Very clean and comfortable rooms Attentive and polite owner Great location Close parking facility
Modern facilities, friendly staff, good breakfast, very quiet, great location and would definitely stay again.
Location and quality of accommodation were excellent. Uberto and Gitte were lovely hosts, very welcoming and a great source of local information. Gitte served breakfast with such charm and warmth, it made it a very pleasant experience.
My pillows were a little too hard and I'd like the option of eggs and some more fruit in the morning but all told, it was a lovely place to stay and I highly recommend it. However, I was really glad I had looked at the place on google maps beforehand and had already seen what it looked like because it does not have a sign and the street it is on is more like an alley and slightly unprepossessing - it didn't look possible that it housed such a lovely guesthouse.
The owner Umberto and his staff are very kind and helpful with our first visit to Bologna, and arranged parking for us nearby. The location is great, just on the edge of old town with everything within walking distance. Nice breakfast with some savory options, a nice break from the sweet only Italian breakfast.
Wifi limited in some of the rooms. AC sometimes too effective night time.
Location, comfortable and clean rooms, very friendly owners
The location was very central, the staff we met were extremely pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed our breakfast. Our room was spacious with a large and fairly comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water in the shower.
We felt that the room was just a little dull and unexceptional for the money. It lacked any real sense of luxury. The bathroom was slightly cramped and the fittings rather tired.
liked the minimalist style, good use of space, smart, comfortable as a base for exploring Bologna. excellent information about what's where etc in Bologna; provided map. Location good for everything.
breakfast good for cake, pastries, cheese and ham. slow to replenish fruit and eggs. Only three tables for six rooms at breakfast, once or twice others had to return to rooms for 15minutes or so.
The design of the room is excellent.Very clean.Short distance to historic center.Very friendly owner.Good breakfast.
Cool place with a personal touch of the owner. Great location, nice place. Fresh orange juice at breakfast. Warmly recommended!
Weak WiFi signal so the internet was very slow and it often went offline. Would prefer hot breakfasts with omelette, fried eggs and such, even if I would need to add 5 - 10 Euro to the existing cold breakfast.
Good location near a student area. Helpful host. Vibrant feel to Bologna.
Uberto was so welcoming and gave us a lot of advice on how to enjoy Bologna. Staying at Mua was like having our own little apartment, except with breakfast. We really enjoyed it.
great location in the middle of the old town, wonderful breakfast, very friendly owner and staff
Mua is only a short walk to central parts of Bologna. Mua's stylish modern decor was a delight. Umberto, the proprietor, was both gracious and informative to newcomers to Bologna. Gita's freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast was a delight. To newcomers to Bologna, she too was most helpful. Highly recommended as a place to visit.
Really nice rooms, clean, cozy, and reletively close to the city center.
No 24 hour reception. At one time, I had no where to seat during breakfast and had to come later.
The place is well located, the room is quiet, the owner and personnel are very nice!
Nothing. We had an excellent stay and enjoyed Bologna a lot.
Very friendly welcome, great breakfast. Room was clean, quiet and peaceful.
Very helpful staff. We were allowed to keep the room till the evening on the last night.
Gita, our hostess, was hospitable and professional. She added warmth and care to our stay and provided a lovely breakfast and suggestions to enhance each day. Thanks Gita!
The bed was extremely hard.
It is small and friendly, quite unlike the larger impersonal hotels. Staff very helpful.
Entry from street is through locked door. OK if staff present (not all the time). Name of hotel not prominent on exterior. After checking-in one has a card that opens the door.
