Disponibilità del personale e pulizia degli ambienti. Struttura datata (in particolare peccato la piscina d'acqua marina non in funzione da tempo...!). Colazione discutibile.

Noi abbiamo soggiornato al Cossyra e abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità, la vicinanza al mare e la grande gentilezza e disponibilità della signora Loredana alla reception.

La posizione vicino al centro di Pantelleria. Le grandi e confortevoli camere con balconcino e vista sia sull'isola che sul mare. Avere pagato una notte in più meno di Booking (€ 170 anzichè € 200). Albergo un pò troppo turistico sarebbe meglio vivere l'isola in un Dammuso.

L'albergo dista 5 min di auto dal centro. Costruito sul mare ha una discesa per gli scogli adatta anche a bimbi ed anziani. Piscina spettacolare con acqua di mare, pulita. Belle le camere superior da cui si gode un bel panorama. Nel complesso struttura ok. Connessione wirless che va e viene. Colazione un pó povera e ripetitiva. Personale carente in numero durante la colazione. Ps a pochi metri dalla piscina c'è n'è un'altra enorme vuota in disuso senza recinzione posta un pó piu in basso.. Pericolosa x bimbi.

L'unica cosa che ho apprezzato è la piscina più piccola, con acqua trattata con cloro. Vari aspetti non mi sono piaciuti. Innanzitutto, l'albergo era in una posizione molto scomoda rispetto al centro città e alle spiaggie di roccia. Occorreva o una moto o un'automobile per percorrere qualsiasi distanza. Oppure il bus dell'albergo che però faceva solo una corsa al giorno di andata e una di ritorno dal centro città. Inoltre, l'albergo non accettava American Express nonostante la mia prenotazione su Booking.comdicesse chiaramente che veniva accettata. Questo mi ha causato un bel problema. Ancora, il Mursia non accetta pagamenti anticipati, cosa piuttosto sgradevole. Normalmente si paga in anticipo quando si prenota con Booking.com. Un altro aspetto non rilevante ma comunque negativo era la carenza totale di cibo nel bar dell'albergo, quello presso la piscina con acqua salata. O si pranzava al ristorante con una spesa maggiore o c'erano solo gelati o toast.
