Marco is amazing and loves his city. He helped us with everything from the best places to wander and eat to booking event tickets for the evenings. The rooms are modern and clean and breakfast was delicious. Allergies and preferences are easily and cheerfully catered for. Staying at B&B Museum made Naples come alive. Looking forward to coming back.

Marco is perfect host, charming, enthusiastic and helpful making easy atmosphere and speaks excellent English. Could not be better situated for museum & city center.

Noisy but city center so to be expected. A bit high up on 6th floor but lift to 5th floor.

On the northern edge of the city center, next to the museum, 10 minutes walk from the center and 20 from the harbour with a reasonable price tag this is a great base for discovering Naples. I travelled alone and without having had the time to read much about the city (a spontaneous trip) but Marco, the owner of the B&B Museum, recieved me with a drink, a city map and more tourist information than I would have found at any tourist information center. He's a very friendly host, passionate about his city and speaks excellent english. I had a great time and will definitely go back at some point.

We spent 2 nights in Napoli and chose B&B Museo after reading the very good reviews, and we must say we are glad we did! Marco is a wonderful host and we had a great stay there! He served us beautiful coffee and biscuits when we arrived and gave us great recommendations about his city that he loves so much! The B&B is very charming and very well situated, right in front of the metro stop and the main museum, but very quiet nonetheless.. We loved it and won't hesitate going back next time to go to Napoli, try it too!

Marco was the host with the most. Exceptionally knowledgeable about his city. Advised us that the Archaeology Museum was open on the Sat night we were there - what a treat that was. Having a view of Vesuvius from our bedroom was an added bonus.

My daughter with whom I was travelling says - Bring earplugs as the traffic noise is incessant.

Marco is a fantastic host, he loves Naples and is full of great information. Bed was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for walking the historical centre and of course is right across from the museum.

Couldn't use the spa bath as it was so dirty. Needs thorough cleaning.

Marco's enthusiasm for Napoli is contagious! He took plenty of time to explain the map to us and to give us suggestions about museums and restaurants. When our tablet wouldn't do what I needed, he helped me try to do the same thing on his computer. (The web site wasn't functioning correctly, but he tried several times to help.) The location is great! NOTE: if you are looking at an old metro map, then you might misunderstand his directions using line 1! Metro line 1 has expanded since our map was produced. We had no problem finding the B & B. Several signs are outside. We aren't familiar with using a buzzer system to communicate, but someone else was also waiting to enter the building, and he pressed the buttons for us to be able to talk with Marco. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The bed was very comfortable for us (firm mattress). Marco reserved a taxi for us for 7:30 the morning of our departure, and that process worked well. In 10 minutes we were at the airport. The cost was 19 Euro, plus I tipped the driver because we had 2 bags that he took care of for us.

Nothing was wrong, but I want to let people know that we have made several trips to Europe, so we are somewhat accustomed to adjusting to new cultures. A first-time visitor to Europe might be more comfortable in a full-service hotel. For us, B & B Museum was exactly what we needed. Marco was only a phone call away if we had needed him while he was not on location. He is an excellent B & B owner!

Marco, the owner, is friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.

Despite being on the 6th storey, the traffic noise is still quite intrusive, but that is not Marco's fault!

Marco, who runs B&B Museum could not be more helpful. He went out of his way. Personal service that you don't get at a Hotel. Breakfast was great - Croissants in particular were AMAZING - Marco buys them specially every day.

Excellent location. A little difficult to find but once you get there it's very central to the old town, museum and Spanish quarter. Everything is in walking distance. Breakfast was great. Macro was so lovely and offered advice and assistance above and beyond what was expected. Great view of the city and mt Vesuvius from my bedroom window :) Large room, massive bed, great price

I didn't have a problem with it being on the 6th floor but a heads up to families, elderly or people with mobility issues - the lift stops at level 5 so this is not the most accessible location. Don't let a few stairs deter you- I loved it!

Very big bedroom and bathroom. The showers was 3x bigger than any other hotel we stayed at in Italy. Marco was super. Arranged a taxi for us for 4am the next morning and it showed up right on time!! Left too early for breakfast but got a glimpse of the previous day's breakfast when we checked in & it looked delicious.

After two weeks of hiking mountains and climbing steps in hillside towns we cringed at the last flight of steps up to the B&B. Not a big deal, but you asked "what didn't you like?" The B&B Museum was an oasis of luxury in a dirty, crowded city.

Marco, the proprietor, is friendly and helpful, and speaks good English. He has decorated the rooms with bright art, and harmonious colors. Comfortable beds, beautiful wood floors, spacious bathroom, good towels, clean, and air conditioned, controlled with a convenient remote. Generous breakfast. Great location by metro and museum, easy walk to many good places to eat. We had a great stay here.

There is very little not to like here. Note that the hotel is in the 6th floor penthouse. The lift takes you to the 5th floor. Then there are rather steep winding steps up. Marco helps with the luggage. Might be difficult for some guests who are elderly or not good physically to manage these stairs.

Central location in the historical part of town, wry close to the Main Street of shops and on the other side the alleyways of souvenir shops and little pizzerias. The Staff are really helpful and the room was lovely; cleaned after 1 night even though we were only staying for 2. Lovely breakfast.

The location is a bit strange and is on the edge of a not so great part of town, and inside a suspicious looking building!! The entrance doesn't look very welcoming but once you get up to the b&b in a tiny 2 man lift to the 6th floor the b&b itself and the rooms and very homely.

Marco was very helpful and accommodating. Spacious room with air con. The pizza is worth the trip! Marco suggested a couple of places and we had the best pizza ever. Naples is the home of pizza after all. Also Naples is great to get to Pompeii and Vesuvius!

Naples isn't amazing and the area isn't somewhere you'd necessarily want to walk about at night.
