I think it is a very good place, quiet and comfortable. I would expecially thank for for the help offered by the service as regards booking to airlines and explanation concerning train and autobus facilities I think that the cleaning of the room was poor, the soap and glasses were not offered when used, and the water closet was without plug |

Surprisingly good indication of the hotel at appropriate corners of streets when you drive from Pisa downtown. Good quality and comfort for the price. |

The people at the reception desk were very pleasant and helpful. They suggested a good restaurant, and then let me watch the Italy-Brasil football match on the hotel TV. I booked the hotel because it was physically close the the Pisa Airport. However, I still had to take a fairly expensive cab ride (around 12 euros) to get to the airport. Some sort of shuttle service to and from the ariport would be great. Similarly the shuttle could also be useful for dropping people off in the center of town. |

The hotel was very conveniently located near the airport given the late arrival or our flight and we were grateful that it appeared to stay open all night for check in with minimum fuss. |

Efficient & helpful reception. Bar & Cafe facilities most welcome on our llunch time arrival Restaurant facilities excellent for dinner, a bit chaotic for breakfast, service areas could be laid out and restocked more efficiently. Transport system to the airport punctual and helpful |

Very near of the Pisa airport. Nice space for breakfast. Quality room. No noises so I could rest very well and that was my main purpose on this hotel becouse I had a flight early in the morning. No free wifi or internet wired connection at room |

Room was ideal for an overnight stop and close to Pisa airport Restaurant was closed on the evening of arrival and the bar was not large enough to accommodate all guests so we had to travel into Pisa to eat |

breakfast was awesome! rooms are well-equipped and with climate-control. Despite of inconvenient location you can book a transfer to the airport or to the center. |

The front office personnel was very helpful and friendly. I personally didn't like the bathroom decor, specifically the green vanity set. The shower closet doesn't have enough room for a comfortable shower. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly as the toilet had a bad smell when I checked into the room. |

nice and clean room no free internet, you have to pay 10 Euro for 24 hourse internet service, as an airport hotel shuttle service need to be available all the day. |

5 minutes away from Airport , taxi costs €10 .To city Center more 10 minutes by taxi Hotel Shuttle dont work from Airport to Hotel and i had to pay Hotel Shuttle to return to Airport. |
