It was a good hotel with a warm efficient welcome, close to the airport - we were in our rooms within fifteen minutes of getting off the plane. The courtesy bus might have been better advertised on the website, and also the times of the bus were not readily advertised in the hotel AC/heating - room heated to a hot 29oC. Menu choices in restaurant were limited. The usual folder of information about the hotel and the area surrounding it was not to be found in the room |

The room was attractive and comfortable, and the staff was very pleasant in spite of my complaining about the shuttle service. The advertised shuttle service was of no use to me so I had to hire a taxi both ways at considerable expense even though the hotel is close to the airport. I gave them my flight info and requested a pick-up at a designated time. They did not send the shuttle and they are not listed on the hotel call board in the airport, If they were not going to pick me up they should have told me when I made the request! Then, I had to leave for the airport at 6:00AM so, of course, the shuttle service doesn't start until 6:30! If they advertise the service they should be able to coordinate with early morning flights! |

nice hotel room was cigaret-smelling , staff was not very accurate,could not find the booking,only after xx time , the first intercontinental fight is at 7,35am and their breakfast is at 6am and first shuttlebus at 6.30am , ordered the evening before at euro 15 taxi at 5.45am but showed up only at 6 |
