We arrived quite late after a flight delay, after the restaurant had officially closed, but we were still able to get sandwiches at very reasonable cost, at the bar, and a very nice bottle of wine. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble. Difficulty finding it!! Took 40 minutesof driving around, including ending up in good yards, dead ends, on motorways that we shouldn't have been on. Very frustrating that we could see the hotel but not find the right road in! Instructions supplied referred to street names which were either not displayed, or else invisible in the dark! |

It was very easy to get to from the airport which was good because my flight was late 1:15 am. as I was on business and had to travel a long way the next day, |

Helpful and kind gentleman at the reception, clean room No available airport shuttle even if it is close to the airport, we had to pay a taxi, far from the city center - no bus only taxi - quite expensive, just for the people who come by car or flying like us so we stayed only for 1 night, room very small for 3 people - aditional bed was very small and no space, enough only for 1 night, not for longer stay, breakfast for the people who have to leave early like as - at 6.30 not available - only coffee, tea, croisant, jam in the hall, dinner - also not big choice - just buffet - quite expensive and menu, nothing is close to the hotel - so you have to eat either there or go to city center |

Room overheated. 27C way too high but staff member reduced it when requested. I would prefer to be able to alter this myself in the room. Also some tea and coffee making facilities would be appreciated. Location difficult to get to and overheated rooms. Otherwise everything was fine and I intend staying there again and using the hotel as my base in Pisa. |

it's close to the airport The receptionist was very rude: I needed to print my flight ticket and they refused to do it from the reception. I had to stay in line 40 mins because there is only 1 computer avalaible for the guest, then send it to the hotel's e-mail for getting my ticket! My suggestion is: stay away from this hotel! |

Location and room Food was terrible (microwave heated food) and a non customer friendly attitude when I tried to cancel a previous reservation within 10 hours after booking (not possible) because the only flight was cancelled because of weather conditions. |

Am choose My Hotel for convenience, price and facility. Am living in Singapore, my mom stay near by. The connecting road is very good, I can move easily everywhere..! It was a very good hotel with a warm efficient welcome. Good location and plenty of parking. The rooms were clean and well designed. Excellent and large breakfast with an excellent selection. 1. AC/heating - room heated to a hot 27 degrees centigrade and it is not possible to decrease. 2. There is no public transport near the hotel one needs to taxi anywhere. Hotel provides the shuttle service with some charge. I recommend if you don't have a car please make sure of additional costs to reach the hotel and to travel to the city center to visit Pisa tower. |

hotel was ok big 4star free parking free internet but only works in the lobby not in the room which is bad the worker in the bar is not so nice, my wife is ill, when i go to bar ask some hot water , at the first time they are happy to help, but at he second time they lost their patiention. And as 4 star hotel they only has shower no bath... poor |

The hotel was very comfortable it was situated outside the city but close to the airport and they had a minibus for your convience We enjoyed our stay very much, the only negative is the limited choice of men |

Very helpful reception staff The airport transfer bus does not start until 6.30 am, but my flight was earlier, so I had to pay 14 Euros for a taxi. |

Excellent, only word to describe it, staff were very helpful and always available with answers and suggestions, breakfast was excellent with an excellent selection from fresh fruit to bacon and scrambled eggs. If I go to Italy again I would book with this group again. |

Good location and plenty of parking. Excellent and large breakfast. Rooms are large; great bed (large and very comfortable) and good bathroom. Free wifi in lobby. Wifi in the rooms would have been good |
