Good for parking. Close to airport. Quite good buffet breakfast and largish rooms.

When flying out of the Pisa airport, I often stay at the hotel and find that the rooms are almost always extremely warm, if not uncomfortably hot. Unfortunately, there is no way to control the temperature in the rooms and the front desk staff seems to also be unable to lower the temperature.

Excellent and helpful staff in reception and in restaurant. First rate breakfast spread.

Good hotel well run good food. Nicely decorated and in good order all round. No shabby worn-out furniture or bedding.

No bus stop outside so forever paying taxi fares and hotel bus fees. Free wi-fi very slow and difficult to access password and pin which changed daily.

The smell. Not sure what it was but it was not a pleasant odour.

The hotel is a great value, in my opinion. I wasn't able to see the sights while there, but I know the location to the sights is really great.

The direction I was coming into the city made it difficult to see the sign. My gps wasn't telling me that I was at the hotel so I went 'around the block' and actually got on the autostrada and noticed the hotel sign when I was coming back into town. It was my issue and not yours, I was just tired and frustrated.

there was a funny smell in the room + the carpet was too dirty and generally speaking the hotel seems a bit "tired"

We arrived in Pisa late in the evening. The hotel provides a perfect stop over since it is only a stone throw's away from the airport. Very decent breakfast as well!

A bit sterile

I needed to stay somewhere close to Pisa airport as threat of localised floods elsewhere in Tuscany could have made my journey from residential location impossible and I needed to catch my scheduled plane to UK.

Twenty-four hour wifi is available. Staff/signs should tell all visitors on arrival where it is available (in foyer or rooms) and how to get codes. Wifi should be available in rooms and not just in the foyer.

The room, although clean, has an awful musty smell. It was necessary to leave the windows open all night.

Hotel am Flughafen gelegen, daher empfehlenswert bei später Ankunft am Abend. Zimmer und Frühstück okay.

We stayed here as we had an early flights from Pisa Airport and this was the most convenient. It was a typical corporate hotel, and its location was the best point. Breakfast was ok, lots of people milling around but a reasonable choice of food.

There was a peculiar smell permeating throughout the ground floor reception area most unpleasant. It was there when we arrived in late afternoon and still there when we left the next morning.

Helpful staff, location to airport. Good restaurant.

Rooms at front suffered from road noise. One of three rooms booked had an unpleasant odour.

All staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Good food and wine served in the bar at 9pm and very extensive, good breakfast served in the restaurant in the morning. Room was spacious and comfortable.

HOTEL Very easy to get from airport to hotel and from hotel into town. Also well connected to motorway network. Very quiet even though near to airport. STAFF The Reception staff were very efficient and in particular Gabriele was EXCELLENT, he was very friendly and quickly resolved any question and logistic for us and other guests. FOOD The breakfast buffet selection was varied and satisfactory.

Layout of food in breakfast buffet area was confusing and needs to be better organised.

Hallways and rooms had a odor

Near airport. Quiet. Helpful staff

Room was not very clean. Chair had coffee stains on it. Previous guest had obviously squashed mosquitoes on the bedroom wall and the dried blood stains were still there and had not been cleaned off. Hairdrier broken in bathroom.

Although we checked in almost at midnight, the front desk clerk was very cheerful and competant. The bar was still open, so we enjoyed a glass of wine after a very long flight.

Convenience for late arrival at airport. Helpful staff. Clean room. Good breakfast options.

Late arrival - post 10pm - sandwiches were awful. No alternative to late arrival sandwiches.

It is very close to the airport. I only stayed there because of this due to a very early flight from Pisa airport. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, restaurant is ok.

Excessive cost of taxi to/from airport lack of sign posts from the highway unattractive location for a longer stay
