Very helpful reception staff The airport transfer bus does not start until 6.30 am, but my flight was earlier, so I had to pay 14 Euros for a taxi. |

Excellent, only word to describe it, staff were very helpful and always available with answers and suggestions, breakfast was excellent with an excellent selection from fresh fruit to bacon and scrambled eggs. If I go to Italy again I would book with this group again. |

Good location and plenty of parking. Excellent and large breakfast. Rooms are large; great bed (large and very comfortable) and good bathroom. Free wifi in lobby. Wifi in the rooms would have been good |

It's not able to fufill my personal request for the smoking rooms even I had remark in the booking when I'll checked in. Afterward, they had changed to me for another one but that one was even worse for the enviorment. |

The friendliness of the front desk staff (Gabriele) and the convenience to the airport. The proximity to the port made the location of the hotel less desirable due to the people that tend to congregate in the parking lots down the street from the hotel (looking for business...). The shower nozzle was not tight in our room so water sprayed on the floor. |

The shuttle service does not start until 6.30am and as there is no public transport near the hotel one needs to taxi anywhere. The restaurant does not open until 7.30pm and as there is no other places nearby it is very inconvienient with children. More thorough cleaning in the rooms and on the stairs needs to be addressed ie: around the edges, it appears on the middles gets hoovered... Poor sound proofing from other rooms and conference venue. Room too hot. |

It was a good hotel with a warm efficient welcome, close to the airport - we were in our rooms within fifteen minutes of getting off the plane. The courtesy bus might have been better advertised on the website, and also the times of the bus were not readily advertised in the hotel AC/heating - room heated to a hot 29oC. Menu choices in restaurant were limited. The usual folder of information about the hotel and the area surrounding it was not to be found in the room |

The AC Pisa is a modern hotel in the Cisanello area, and offers convenient access to Pisa's business area. A public bus will take you the famous Piazza dei Miracoli. |
