Visited the Cinque Terra by local cruise ferry . Visited the old city. Ate at local restaurants. The rooms were not sound proofed. Could hear noise from corridor and adjacent rooms. Not a major concern but quite noticable |

I thought the staff was quite helpful and kind. They answered my questions about getting to Cinque Terre and were amenable to everything I needed. It was a very nice stay. I did not like how thin the walls were - it was very noisy when people would walk down the hall or answer their doors. Luckily, I was on the opposite side of the breakfast area so I did not have to hear that noise in the morning. |

Wireless Internet - the main reason we choose this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. It should be done something with the noise in the morning.... No chance to sleep after 6.30 -7 am ... |

New, clean, hot water in the showers, decent water pressure, nice bedding Directions to get to the hotel took us throught the worst part of town which gave us a bad impression of the town. Better directions would have taken us through a nicer part of town, |

The things that impressed us most were the helpful, English speaking staff, the good breakfast and the reasonable walking distance for the train to the Cinque Terra. |

I had previously stayed at MyOne Hotel in 2008 and was pleased to notice an improvement - the Staff especially at the Front Desk were most accommodating, friendly and helpful - Christina in particular is an Angel. A good Hotel to base yourself at for daily trips to Cinque Terre and only a comfortable 10 minute stroll to the train station. |

Right at city center (but no views), free internet Only 1 elevator which did not work well, no private parking, roadside parking is 1.50 Euros per hour from 8am - 8 pm. The rooms on 4th floor under the lobby (5th floor) is disturbed by lobby activities in the morning. |

It is very clean and very modern. The staff spoke really good english and they were super nice. I loved it, would totally stay there again. The only thing that needs to change is on your website is that you are a bit further from the train station that what you put and it is a bit confusing for travelers who are expecting the short distance, not that you are far and still well worth it. But I think some get mad and that is a bad way to start. I loved it. xooxo well done |

Staff very welcoming and always friendly and courteous. Room very modern, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast - excellent range and good quality.Location good for easy access to the shops and restaurants, also only 10/15 mins from station for trains to Cinque Terre. Good street signage to find hotel. We have used this hotel previously and will continue to do so for the reasons given. Air conditioning, whilst effective the fan was noisy and ability to operate more quietly or at a reduced speed at night would have been helpful.Although the room/suite was generally spacious its shape meant that the bed was so close to the accessing door that the door could only be partially opened without banging against the bed. (a minor point really with everything else being good but you did ask). |

Location of the hotel was good. Generally not to bad. Breakfast not bad. Bathroom > shower was very small, no bath. Rooms and facilities were basic. It should be classified as a good 3-star, perhaps. |

The best part of the hotel is its location near the Cinque Terre. La Spezia is a good spot from which to access the Cinque Terre, especially since the smaller hotels in the 5 towns are hard to find and book in advance. This is not to say La Spezia isn't worth a visit too. It was lovely (we stayed in this hotel 2 nights with plenty to do in town). It was not a hotel that met the standard of 3* hotels we stayed in on this trip. We did like that the lights were motion controlled. The room was tiny. |

The hotel was a welcome breath of fresh air, close to the station to explore Cinque Terre and close enough to shops, cafe's, bars and trattoria's. A few years old but very well kept with clean interiors. |

Location close to rail and sea ferries, restaurants and shops. Noise, not very well sound proofed, renovation of room next door was to be heard early morning, warm juice for breakfast and inadequate air conditioning, bathroom very hot no air conditioning in there either and mini bar fridge very poor not cold enough. |

The staff was professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and overall it was a typical business hotel. The hotel was not a four star level hotel (as it is listed), maybe a 2 or 3 star at best. It was clean and efficient but sterile and lacked any character or warmth. I would compare it to a Travel Lodge or Comfort Inn in the States. Clean, but definitely not worth the $140 per night they charged. La Spezia was also efficient, but lacked any character. |

The staff were al extremely helpful both in the hotel and with hints about seeing the sites in La Spezia and Cinque Terre. They also made working a pleasure with business support on request. I had a very goos stay and would highly recommend the hotel. |

Hotel Firenze and Continentale is set in a typical building a few steps from the shops of La Spezia's charming city centre, next to the central railway station. |
Facing the sea and located only 5 minutes walk from La Spezia's pier, NH La Spezia offers modern and spacious rooms in a convenient location. |
Villa Margherita by the Sea is a restored classic Italian villa located on the last undiscovered coastal section of the Italian Riviera, in the village of Levanto, just north of the Cinque Terre. |
The L’Ancora is set in a characteristic, ancient building in the heart of Riomaggiore. This charming town is set along the Riviera and is part of the renowned Cinque Terre. |
