One of best stays we've ever had in b&b. Helpful and kind staff. Advices about places to go and restaurants were excellent, without that we would never find some great places. Thank you
Nice and friendly staff, nice design of the hostal, good breakfast. Room cleaning every day. Location - 15 min walking to the center.
Modern furniture, very clean, nice breakfast, receptionist was nice.
Cleaning staff too pushy (they asked twice whether they could come in to clean before the check out time), a bit noisy in the morning due to street traffic + you can hear guests nextdoor, hot water in the shower was finished in literally 10 minutes, so only one of us could have a warm shower.
Good : -clean bathroom -close to the bus station
Bad: -very noisy; no sleep after 6 AM -dirty and sticky floor in the room -very cold - no extra blanchet -no staff -no security -bad value for money
Different concept, a do it yourself kind of guest house. Modern room, nicely decorated, great bed and great bathroom. Good wifi connection. Loved it
Limited breakfast, although we liked it
Extras you will get at my room eco: 1) waiting outside an about 1 hour, 2) lie telling manager. 3) no check. 4) No coffee in the morning. I call it rather an expensive hostel for teenager hipsters.
Very friendly welcome Close to airport 10mins in taxi Clean comfy bed
Noisy road below
location and price
Very clean hostel, cozy rooms, free wifi, good breakfast with fresh fruit. Everything is just great about MyRoom Eco!
location: very close to the railway station
a little bit noisy
The girl who helped us was super helpful
The self-service style was quite nice. Clean rooms and a decent breakfast. All in all, good value for the money - would definitely recommend to young travellers.
The down-side of no proper reception is that we had to wait for about half an hour to get the keys when we arrived. The street was also surprisingly loud on a Friday night.
Kitchen where you can make and drink coffee and tee for free. Each client has a surprise packet with sweets. Room is clean.
Very hot, not conditioner. No furniture, just bed and tv. Small room, design looks cheap and not very original, like very small office. No free car park. Room mates mostly loudly party people. Sleep normally not possible because the music is playing outside at midnight, traffic passes through all night.
Unpretentious, casual, comfortable. I appreciated an extra bed for my kid.
Shower logistics gets a bit tricky if many rooms are occupied.
Quite close to the train station and is clean.
A bit noisy and there was no stuff member at the place during the night that I stayed there.
Very pleasant place for staying in Bergamo. Rather close to the city centre.
The idea of this hotel is great, and Guido is a very helpful and nice guy.He gave us some great info about places to visit or eat.
You need A/C for sure. The day that we stayed there it was very hot and we couldn't sleep. We knew that there is some noise from the street, but this was worst than noise.
Friendly helpful staff. When you get there if there is no answer from the bell ring the number on the sign on the wall.
breakfast from plastic, noise from the street
Breakfast could be less processed and pre-packaged
really welcoming staff
have to call for check in
Even though it is a bit pricey the cheapest single room/bed, you get a really nice breakfast with it. The apartment was impeccable and lovely decorated. I was also welcomed by a Portuguese, Helder, which made my first impression of my first time in Italy a very positive one. Truth being told, we are everywhere :)
I tried to test the wifi but i didn't get the SSID of it, so I couln't use it. I also walked a bit to get there, meaning that I don't think it is the perfect location (though, its 15 min walking distance from the railway station). Just allow yourself some time to do the walk. A major point on the negative side is that this hostel does not have a reception, so it really isn't an option NOT to call before hand. If you want the room, CALL! I learned that while catching a lot of rain on my waiting.
In general is Ok. Be sure to call before arrival so someone can come to give key. In front of the appartament we stayed there is a pizza shop that is very good :)
I book late and maybe that is the reson that I have to call and wait that someone come to give the key, becouse I didnt know I have to call.
Very good hotel for a short stay near station, walking distance. Nice and professional host, late check-in was no problem. Young people will appreciate the corky design. Exeptional coffee and good Italian breakfast.
